When you have to pay because you weren’t home for delivery…then go to store to pick up and asked for help with the door because I had a case of wine, was given a dolly (at least ) and was told “you can turn around and use your back to open the door”?! I’m 5 feet tall 120lbs but ok; sorry it was too much to ask you to walk 10 feet and get the door for me. That’s customer service for you.

Hi I've been using thus ups location since it opened! Great staff, very friendly but also knowledgeable n professional. Never had 1 issue since using this service. In n out everytime and always addressing me by first name. Good solid young people. God bless. Preacher

Today i had an amazing customer service experience with Nicole that works at The UPS facility located on Mound Road. She is very nice to all the clients and she is very patient, professional and polite. I am so happy to come at this place because the employees from this UPD facility bring so much joy to the customers and they represent the company with honor and loyalty.. Josh, Chrissy and Jon are best! I have always left this place with satisfaction and joy for being be respected and served at the highest possible potential!

We were over-charged more than $50 for a package. It was a 2 lb package but stated on the receipt it was 42 lbs. My husband (who dropped the package off yesterday) didn’t notice the error until he got home. He went back to the store immediately and the package was re-weighed and determined to be 2 lbs. The clerk said she would leave a note and receipt on the managers desk for him to look at the next morning. The manager, John, did call today. He was polite and helpful. He agreed to refund the first transaction ($88.67) and made a new transaction for the correct amount ($30.79). The new charge has been deducted from my bank but the refund has not been submitted yet at this time.

The service has been going down lately. Amazon returns used to be a very simple process. There’s a lady up there who seems irritated to even be assisting and talks back to customers. It has happened multiple times now and we will change to the Hall Rd office in hopes of better treatment.
