This is a great UPS location. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Gordie, Annamarie and Adin. I recently moved to Arizona and had to ship my home computer. It arrived safely and packed very well. I’m appreciative of the extra effort they took to get it there unharmed.

I was instructed to take my ebike to this shipper by Amazon. So the 65 pound bike was loaded into my vehicle and I rolled it through their doors. I've got some serious physical limitations so getting the bike this far was a burden.
When Anna Marie (the clerk) tried to print the label she discovered it wasn't the right label. It turns out I also needed a return label issued by the bikes manufacturer. Didn't know that.
This problem was not going to be fixed on that day, and I could not see myself loading this heavy bike back into my car. The crew graciously allowed me to keep the bike there while I worked out the shipping.
The bike company was really hard to work with and I had almost given up and was willing to pay the shipping costs until I was told it would be around $500. That made me take pause, and try to work with the bike company who finally agreed to pay the shipping costs, but only if I picked the bike up from UPS and take it to FedEx. That was not a solution to me.
Meanwhile the UPS store is still storing my bike. I finally worked with the bike company to ship from where Amazon had instructed me to take the bike. The bike company wanted to work with UPS directly to provide them with specific packing and shipping instructions. Eli who i believe is the manager agreed to work with the manufacturer and cut me out of what had become a very stressful few days of dealing with the bike company. I am very grateful to him for completing the bike company instructions and moving the bike out of my life.

Needed a little assistance this time, when I visited my usual UPS store and found the representative Jacob NOT so helpful.

It's close to home, so that's a positive.... and its clean, so thats good too...
But the staff is not the friendliest; very abrasive.
Hopefully they get the self service kiosks here, because the interactions with a robot will be a drastic improvement in the humans behind the counter.

Every single time I've been here, they exceed my expectations in assisting me. They provide EXCELLENT customer service and are a God send to a senior who still gets confused by QR codes. Went here to ship a package, first time at this location. Line almost out the door, two young men working, wait was less than two minutes. Greeted with a pleasant good afternoon and a smile. Will definitely be back again. Thanks for a good experience.
