Just had a delivery by Us postal service and the mail person came right to the steps and just threw my package on the ground. Package could have been fragile. Amazing non effort. Job is to deliver it safely.

Yesterday I was at this USPS to get my children's passports and I was attended by Mr. Robert! We were super satisfied with his excellent customer service, his kindness and good disposition... I would love to see this excellent service in all USPS!

This post office is a joke. They lost my package and didn't want to release me a paper that said the package is lost. I was 2 days in a row, and i got the same answer..."Tomorrow." What means tomorrow, next year? Nobody understands that we have jobs too. We lose time and money. Who pay these employees? We pay, but nobody respects us.

In the last couple weeks I have had to deal with every front counter employee...and it's the one bad apple that ruins the bunch....other employees seem alot happier when the bad apple wasn't there.

Passport worker was “sick”, no heads up for us ahead of time for those who’d drive all the way there. Needed to reschedule. You cannot walk-in to this location regarding passports.

My mom and I were trying to get our passports renewed, only to meet with a rude worker. She wouldn't help us and didn't want to either. My advice, AVOID this defective post office like a PLAQUE!

If I could give it zero stars I would! I don’t know if this location is committing fraud or identity theft but my drivers license was supposed to get delivered in the mail and it never made it to my mailbox but all my other mail came. I have informed delivery set to my email so whenever I get mail I get an email informing me on what’s to come. So I knew what day it was coming. Mighty suspicious that everything else but my drivers license came. This location needs to check their employees! Also customer service is horrible. No one ever answers the phone.
