This place is legit terrible. They consistently mess up my mail and never help. Honestly I can’t believe our taxes pay for this horrible company or whatever you want to call this excuse of an establishment.

This is for the branch if they look. Website issues: I had an appointment scheduled but couldn’t cancel on the website since cancel option was broken on the website.Phone issues: I called the branch phone number and through exhaustive automated prompts and 6 attempts, no one is answering the phone when it rings and it is automatically disconnecting the call.I can’t cancel my appointment and I’d like to do that out of courtesy to the representative but there’s no other way to do it. I really tried but based on the reviews, I imagine the location doesn’t care if I show up any way.

Went there for a passport picture for my family. This lady named Rhonda was very rude to my father. He told her about paying with a check for the passport pictures and asked her about paying with a money order. Her response to my dad was very rude like wth. And another thing is when my dad put the name of the place he was sending the check to, which was the US department of state, she was being mean to him like come on. I have problems with people that are being rude to me and if this was me bro my whole day is ruined. She treated my dad like a middle school student who’s not paying attention in class.Oh another thing, we got an appointment originally scheduled for 2/20/24 but like LAST MINUTE as we were getting in the car they called us and said that she was sick and not working on that day. Like why they didn’t call my dad hours earlier is beyond me.TLDR: Rhonda is not a good person fit for customer service. There needs to be someone that treats people the same way they want to be treated, aka respect. Rhonda is the complete opposite of that. She was disrespectful. To my own father.

Imagine waiting in line for 30 minutes to be told you need to purchase $6 tape because they won’t supply you any. Mind you my package is a replacement watch strap. I barely needed 4 inches worth of tape.Absolute joke. Go to UPS. Far superior. There’s a reason why people avoid this place. Instead I chose to NOT spend my money on their 80% marked up tape. It truly is pathetic.

Wish I could give zero Rhonda was no help to me and very very rude to myself and other customers she needs to be held accountable for her actions because she seemed very comfortable talking to people the way she did

Tried changing my husbands address 5 times they won't let me change his but mine was able to be done they refused to help anyone and when we tried talking to the worker the dude threatened to fight us then called the cops

Rhonda is literally the rudest most condescending postal worker I have ever seen in this industry. As long as she is there I can not recommend the usage of this location.

I don't know how I got so lucky but I had a great experience at this post office. I admitidly have only been in the post office once that I can remember as an adult. I have never needed to send verified mail before. When I walked in I was greeted by both employees, and (I feel so bad for not getting the name) the female postal worker came out to the keosk to walk me through sending the letter and sending it the right way. She offered this help paitently as I clearly had no idea what I was doing. While out there regulars were coming in to check thier boxes, she greeted them they all seemed to know eachother by name. It was almost like a family diner feel. So I don't know who is rude there but my interactions were 5 stars.
