Saphie is by far one of the best mangers I have ever worked with. He is amazing and very very friendly. I had an issues with my bill and he fixed it in no time. Very polite, very respectful, amazing person. God bless this man. He needs a raise.

Came in today to look at an issue with my phone, ended up dealing with George and it was an absolute breeze. From not only upgrading all of our devices, but even going as far as making sure we were on the best plan possible for the money. While sitting here I was able to observe how the other employees interacted with customers as well, and it has been nothing short of stellar. 3 and a half hours, and they made it not only easy, but enjoyable. Very knowledgeable staff, and will be coming back here for any future needs with our phones!
