I went to this location for ACLS certification and Eric Tessin was an amazing instructor! He is great at explaining the material, going into patho when necessary, and was entertaining throughout the process. The course was scheduled for 8 hrs and was actually enjoyable. For those who were concerned about interpreting EKG's, he had a program that simulated all of them and described the differences in a simple, efficient manner so it really wasn't overbearing and I felt comfortable identifying the emergent ones. I'm not normally a "leave a review" kinda gal, but here I am! I would highly recommend going here for BLS or ACLS to anyone.

I cannot recommend Eric and Vital Medical Training enough. Our facility had a large group that needed a variety of renewals and new training. Eric was excellent to work with during our planning stage - every step was communicated clearly and he was very responsive to any questions or changes that came up. On the day of training, Eric showed up on time, set up and was very organized. We held 3 separate sessions in our office and each course was taught in great detail , was engaging and fun. Each session stayed on time without being rushed. Multiple employees have approached me today to let me know how much they enjoyed the training and what a great experience it was working with Eric and Neil. Even people not participating in the training commented on how well they thought the courses were run and they could tell that Eric enjoyed teaching. Thank you so much for making our experience so good and for making people excited about training!!

Eric was an amazing instructor, by far the best ACLS/BLS class I have been to! Very kind and absolutely hilarious, he made class fly by! He was also responsive to every question I had and was very thorough. Would highly recommend him, 10/10!

After all the great reviews, I'm really disappointed. I'm due to have my first child in a month so my mom, husband, and I wanted to take an infant CPR class. I contacted Eric and initially he was very responsive in answering my questions and setting up a non-certification class for the 3 of us. However the day and time of the class, we arrive and he isn't there. Someone else in the office tells us we just missed him and he went home for the day. I call and text him and get no response. We wait 10 minutes past the appointment time and go home. He has yet to call me back or email me 2 days later. My mom drove all the way from Lapeer for this. I get it that we're a small group and we weren't going to generate a lot of money for his time like a certification class would. But why set up a class with us if you're just going to ghost us and waste our time? At this point, we will be taking a class at the Rochester Hills Ascension in Oct which is after my due date but oh well. Clearly he treats his certification clients better but I won't be recommending this business anytime soon.

I highly recommend this place! I went here for my BLS and ACLS certification. Eric was a great instructor! He made everything easy to understand, and was always willing to answer questions. He even showed us every ECG rhythm and explained the differences between each, making it much easier to recognize. You can tell he has a lot of experience in the field. I definitely recommend taking your class here.

The instructor was amazing! Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in teaching and making sure that I understood all of the material necessary. It is clear the enthusiasm that Eric has and how experienced he really is!

Eric was amazing. I was so nervous entering class about knowing how to correctly identify rhythms. By the end of the class and through Eric's instructional technique I was able to learn and understand rhythm strips the appropriate algorithm for each code. Thank you so much Eric and I'm screaming your praise!

Eric made the BLS Provider certification process super easy and was always accommodating! Every question I had was answered within a timely manner. The testing material was straight forward and pertained to the online portion assigned.Super thankful for his help!

Eric was a great instructor and his class was a great experience! He was so helpful in getting my BLS in a short notice. I called him the night before and he was able to get me in the very next morning! So amazing! 10/10 would recommended to anyone. I will definitely be coming back for any of my training needs!

You won't be disappointed! Honestly, this class is worth every penny, go ahead and sign up!Eric made the class extremely enjoyable, the time honestly flew by. Eric's instruction is what makes the class, you can tell he's passionate about teaching (anyone who stays beyond class time to practice MORE rhythm strips ) to ensure your comfortable is someone I would want to continue teaching this course.So grateful to have taken my class here.

Eric was a great instructor. I had to reschedule one of my classes, he offered me a better online solution to get my certifications right away. Very understanding and friendly. The skills checks off were informative as well. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in receiving healthcare certifications.
