1 star its too much for the ( PHARMACY) but i have to do writing my review , yesterday I had a pick up medication for my mom She had COVID and they gave me the medication but it’s EXPIRED 2 months ago, Today I went to see the person who gave me the medicine. He told me that there is only a date written on the box. He said we have information to confirm this. I waited for him for more than half an hour. He did not come out of the pharmacy, and he closed the doors. I recorded everything

The first time i went to get my first dose for covid, and the girl had almost gave me the booster(w/o having my first) and i had made sure thankfully before she did it. i went in today to get my second dose and i called and made sure for my appointment and they told me to come in right away. I get there and they say they have no more second doses even though i need to get my second shot TODAY. there was also 2 girls who needed there second dose at the exact same time as me and they didn’t have any for any of us. They just told us to go to another Walgreens… never coming back. They inconvenienced at least 3 people in the spam of 5 minutes because of there unpreparedness.

Pharmacy;The worst experience with the new pharmacist every single time I go in for any type of medication. The manager stalled me until all the Walgreens closed to tell me that I have to pick up my controlled substance else where when everything else was closed. No I have to go to the hospital because they wouldn’t give me my medication‘s that I paid for ?? If you are an elder patient please don’t go here they will mess up your meds an put you in the hospital like they did to me

I was just there Saturday to pick up a Rx for my mom. They were friendly, professional and quick. While I was there picking up for my mom, I asked if I could get one filled for another family member. He had never filled an Rx there. So they had to put all of his info into the computer and they did it so quickly. I was expecting to have to just drop it off and him go back to pick it up the next day. But even though they were close to closing time, they filled it right away. I definitely recommend this Walgreens for prescriptions!

this was one of my favorite walgreens until this pharmacist “zara” stepped a foot in. she’s very unprofessional and rude. Has no idea how to have a conversation or help others out. we had medications to pick up and she was a reason why my sister was rushed to the EMT. she went out of her way to call another walgreens and cvs and lie and say i picked up the prescription when i didn’t. Very rude, unprofessional.

Service is good, I always go there and I never wait for more than 5 min, they have very good service and the lady’s are fast and always make sure they gave the correct med and what customer wants.

Rude staff at the pharmacy The pharmecy at this location is horrible. Absolutely no customer service, disrespectful, and very slow. I work in the customer service industry and know how important it is to treat customers. I will travel out of my way to go to another location, avoid this location.the worse experience in my life what a shame

Rita in the pharmacy is very unprofessional to the point of being abusive. I called due to a problem with my prescriptions. I was on the phone with a very nice woman. She then put me on hold to check the stock of my medication, before dealing with my insurance issue. After being on hold a while, the phone rang again to alert them, and someone named Rita answered. I told her that I was awaiting someone who was helping me previously and she was checking the stock. Rita very rudely and loudly told me they don't just allow people to call and check stock of meds (which is completely understandable), but that wasn't my situation. Without pausing to allow me to explain further, she was trying to quickly belittle and hang up on me. I raised my voice to explain and she finally realized that she was mistaken, so she listened, but continued to be very, very rude. She then told me that I was being argumentative, when I was simply being resistant to her meanness and lack of willingness to listen. She also accused me of filling my prescriptions at two different pharmacies and too soon, before she realized her mistake and the system error. I was being polite and patient, and if Rita would have simply listened to begin with, we wouldn't have had any issues. She did become really, extremely nice after I told her that I'm reporting her to the district manager. I suggest that if you have a problem with her, you should do the same. My meds are mental health meds, and if she does this to the wrong person, she could cause serious harm. There is enough stigma about mental health issues, but taking abuse from a pharmacy like this is absolutely ridiculous. I usually never leave reviews and I never have problems with anyone in life. I'm pretty passive and agreeable. I only wanted to leave this review, because I feel bad for anyone else that Rita verbally assaults. I also see that someone else left a review about her previously. Hopefully Walgreens can get a more professional employee who actually represents their company the way it deserves.

Maybe they should have a few more pharmacist on service. Also, not allowing me to purchase an item because I was 5 cents short. Listen, use some common sense. Every-time I go there, I am asked if I want to round up my change. You couldn’t round down 1 time for me?

( RITA) in the pharmacy department is a very rude, mean, disrespectful person, she is a disgrace to Walgreens and should be fired from working there, I definitely Would not recommend this Walgreens to anyone. Take your business somewhere else, as there are many other pharmacies around.

My husband made an appointment to get his daughter a Covid booster shot on Monday at 6:15 PM. We received a confirmation e-mail with paperwork to complete and bring to the appointment, and directions to arrive no later than 6 PM; we arrived at 5:55 PM to find the store closed, with a sign indicating the drive-thru pharmacy was open (it was also closed at 5:55 PM, with a line of cars presumably there to pick up prescriptions). We just checked the store website, it's showing "open" until 10 PM; apparently, whomever is running the site and scheduling appointments isn't communicating with whomever is actually running the store. In our case we can reschedule with a different company, but I wonder what everyone else who was there to pick up prescriptions is supposed to do this evening.

Had a photo canvas shipped to store. TeamMember wasn’t able to locate it after we pointed to it 4 times (we saw the name on the shipping label.long Dark haired female Photo technician working 12/17/21 at 9:20 pm was insisting that we did not place an order with attitude after I showed her my tracking label. She didn’t apologize for being wrong. Set package on table and had me struggle to open it to see if it was correct. She was very rude for no reason. Photo came out great but not worth dealing with a sassy person for no reason.

My boyfriend doesn't want me to share his negative experience. He hasn't had his diabetes meds or blood pressure meds for over a week. He has had 5 heart attacks and could die from med withdrawals. They never have his meds ready in time. And they will have him come in 4 days in a row for four different meds saying they don't have them to be all ready at once. And when he goes to get his insulin they tell him it's ready and when he goes up to get it, they give it away to the next person and tell him they are out of it. So send your grandma here if you want her to die.

Needed my medication after surgery and the girl with long hair did everything she could to make sure I got it and was happy to do so. I did have to wait over twenty minutes in line but after seeing how helpful she is I got over it definitely coming back and waiting the long line for her
