TERRIBLE location! Gave my husband’s medication away to someone else (no ID check, completely different signature on receipt) causing him to lose his doctor. This happened two different time with two different medications. Never had prescriptions ready on time. Spoke with pharmacy manager, George, and he made every excuse under the sun seemingly trying to cover up a mistake that was his. I would NEVER recommend trusting this pharmacy with your prescriptions. A thousand times 1 star reviews.

Please tell me why I go to buy a funko pop and they can't sell me it because it's "not in their system" when I saw someone buy the same one a week ago. This old lady is just not pleasant to deal with, gray hair and shorter older lady.

Cashier was an older lady and was VERY rude. My first time returning something at this location and she was upset over every little thing. Train your employees on customer service, please and thanks.

Staff is trained to assume anyone with a stimulant prescription is up to something. I have a problem EVERY TIME. Today they told me to tell my doctor to call around to all walgreens locations till he finds one that has my medication in stock😭 They wanted me to have my doctor spend 2 hours of his day calling around to see who has it. am i dreaming? like? who has time for that? who’s doctor would even say yes to that?? 15 minutes later I found out that the whole time while I was arguing with them, the problem was they had just assumed that I never had an active prescription with them. Staff doesn’t ask the right questions so this is good to know going forward.

I love Walgreens. Today I went to this location. The cashier was VERY RUDE VERY BAD ATTITUDE.. MS. TRACIE 😔 ON LINE it said the FedEx at location would print a letter for me. When I asked Ms. TRACIE she said she didn't know she called for help in the photo department. I assume it was the manager. Blond female 40s she was also rude. I won't be back to this one

Store shelves need to be stocked more often. I mainly shop in the morning and it’s barely anything to buy. Also products don’t have sale tags on them and I constantly have to ask if things are on sale or apart of a promotion. I made a big purchase today and me being a new shopper at Walgreens the cashier didn’t even ask if I had any rewards I wanted to use. WALGREENS NEED A SELF CHECKOUT LIKE CVS AND A PRICE CHECK SCANNER IN THE STORE.

There is an employee named Carrie there who has made this Walgreens significantly more pleasant to shop at. Some of the other employees and managers have been rude and unhelpful and I wouldn’t even shop here. A few weeks ago I had an emergency and had no choice. Carrie has made me a regular once again.

I went in today like every week.There is an employee who is rude and offensive. The first time I let it go but at this point I have to say something. I think her name is Darlene or Darlena or something.She isn’t professional- and is openly hateful to this other employee. She keeps calling her a him. Told the other customer in front of me to call her a him and then when I addressed her she tried to correct me as well. It’s blatant bigotry. I will no longer be supporting this business as long as they have employees who spread hate. To the young WOMAN who has been nothing but polite and helpful, keep your head up and don’t let others tell you who you are.
