Canal Rd Sterling Hts location. On a three way conversation with Walgreens Pharmacy and OptumRX pharmacy. After listening to the issue on hand, Walgreens placed us On hold for 28 min. Then returned only to tell us that it was now their break time.
Poor customer and health care service.

Went in to grab a caffeine boost before a long drive and Joey was amazing! Took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and seemed to genuinely care.
Was dreading the long drive home, but Joey definitely made it better. Amazing employee!

I went in the other night with my husband. We needed passport photos taken for an upcoming trip, and the young man who assisted us, as well as the manager on duty were AMAZING. They were so polite, welcoming, and friendly. Made us both want to quit our jobs to come work with them. We will definitely be coming back to this location for our basic needs!!

This place needs to change the manager because he teaches the rest of the employees to lie to the patients. Most of the prescriptions are not given on time. A question to the manager. Have you ever thought about reading the reviews on Google?

This is the worst Walgreens experience I have ever had. Their pharmacy is literally a joke. My doctors office has sent over my prescription twice, faxed it over and even left a voicemail to confirm it was sent over. Walgreens is saying they never received anything. Won’t answer the phone, when I do try to call, I’m on hold for 40+ minutes. No one knows anything. I need my medication and they just can’t do anything about it. I am so confused and annoyed. My doctors office is annoyed because they have even tried to sit on hold with Walgreens and nothing. This place sucks, all of mine and my son’s meds are being transferred far, far away from this place.

The pharmacy staff is not polite, and I always have to go a second time because they can't find my ready prescriptions. The staff at this location just seems unhappy to be there and it's depressing. I love Walgreens, and I want to like this very close store, but nothing goes smoothly at this location.

Have had nothing but issues with them!! They lost all of my scripts multiple times!! I switched to rite aid and never had any problems til they closed and sent me back to walgreens. When that happened walgreens lost all my scripts again!!! And then refused to fill my meds every single month until the day before they are due!! I do not have the time to run around the day of to get my meds!! And after expressing this issue to them multiple times they simply dont care and are rude. I hope they also get to go without their meds that can actually kill them if they miss a dose!! This pharmacy always has been and always will be a freaking joke!!!

They do not have enough staff in pharmacy to handle all the RiteAid customers after it closed. They knew it was happening! I went to drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me. It Took almost 1/2 hour for me to get to the window!!! I had cars behind me so I couldn’t back up to get out of line.

The male pharmacist was amazing the evening of 6/25 - took time to listen and gave a thoughtful recommendation (male cashier up front was very nice as well). Cashier Joey tonight, June 26, was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful and engaged in sharing the zip code I had on file so I could get my rewards. Exceptionally helpful staff, I can’t remember the last time I had such great customer service. Another more senior pharmacist helped me one evening within the past few weeks as well (my mom is in rehab and I’ve needed some OTC advice). This place really sets the bar for area drug stores - thanks everyone!! 🕉️ 😀

Don't waste your time with this Pharmacy ta 2 days to fill a prescription for toothpaste Once I arrived to get my prescription they tell me it's still not ready, as soon as I pull off I get a text stating your prescription is ready for pickup what a joke. Not to mention their hours they open and close whenever they feel like it

This is one of the saddest Walgreens I've ever been to their pharmacy techs do not care about patients. So if you're looking for a pharmacy that cares about people, I would not recommend going to this one.
