If I could choose ZERO STARS I would! 2nd time in a week I can't return something, it's 6:15 on a Tuesday and Customer Service is CLOSED ALREADY!! FUGURE IT OUT!! THERE'S STILL WORKERS STANDING AROUND EVERYWHERE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I asked a gentleman, what's going on with C.S.?? He answered with, "That's not my department," oh ok..... Maybe train 1 of the 5 people that stand around by the door and do nothing?? Guess I'll have to drive the extra way to go to a different location, this is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.

you have got to be kidding me! i carefully chose all my items and you couldn't even arrange to take my money for payment!? who is the manager at this store? you got big in time problems. not one pay line with a cashier was open at the busiest time of day. i was forced to scan a big order. i paid cash for some and wanted to pay for other on a card . no one knows what they are doing and kept me waiting for a looong time. im reporting your poor service. not only did i go home empty handed wuth hundreds of dollars carefully chosen, scanned and bagged but nobody knew how to complete a simple transaction. they wanted me to empty twenty bags of food items and try again. i am disabled for gods sakes. no manager in sight. tried to alert your manager to this problem and no body could be bothered to answer the phone. fell down in the parking lot after being forced to stand at length. now i'm injured and hungry, embarrassed and annoyed. you people need to step it up. if anything is broken and i required medical treatment, you will be hearing my attorneys. worst service ever. cindy oliver 586-422-4973 5937 peck ave warren, mi 48092. 3 blocks from my home. i do not feel safe to return to your store ever. shoppers beware. Epic? Nice? Pretty? Wtf

I think it is safe to say that I have never been a Walmart fan. After seeing the gobs of unpleasant videos and hearing of the crazy things that would always go on, it just seemed like a turn off for me. In fact, I hadn't been in a wm (up until late last year) in about 10 years. After hearing some good things from my sister about the low prices they have and the convenience of curbside pickup, I decided to give them a fair chance. It seems like wm in general has come a long way. Now yes, some aisles are in disarray (but you can pretty much find that at any retail stores these days- at least more often than not {people are generally shitty customers}), but the stores are cleaner than the times past, and also a few more friendlier faces (not saying all). For this location (which is about a mile where I am staying from right now), I went last week for a curbside pickup order, and I went inside tonight to get some laundry stuff. The curbside pickup, I used the app (which believe it or not, I am a wm+ member now!) to reserve my time. I pulled up, and within moments, a friendly lady came to load me up. That was actually my first ever curbside from wm, and it was actually quicker than my most recent curbsides at Target back home (in GA). So, I was pretty impressed with that. Now tonight, I went a little bit later in the night, so it wasn't as busy, but the actual store seemed generally clean (at least on the grocery side). I mean yes, a few things were out of place, but it wasn't an apocalyptic event or anything. I found what I needed, and went on. They also had a nice little St Patty's section near the front (I should have indulged, but I think I am going to KK tomorrow). Also, with their fresh food guarantee, it makes it more appealing to check out the food as well. Checkout was a breeze- I am not sure if this store has gone full self checkout or not (the home back home is). You can also utilize the scan and go option as well (so no more whining about your long lines at the checkout). I personally have not tried, but I think one day I will either here or at Sam's Club. So yes, needless to say, Walmart (in my eyes) has come a long way. I am sure there are some things that can be difficult to stay on top of, but it at least seems like they are trying. I will kind of miss this place when I leave next week! On a side note, there is a Subway just on the inside of the grocery side- not sure of that is a regular thing or not.

I'm only giving 2 stars because of low prices other than that, I'd give 0 stars for horrible customer service. If you're trying to contact someone through the phone, don't even bother calling. They will NEVER pick up your call. With a successful company like Walmart, I'd expect great customer service but they don't even do the bare minimum.

This place is a joke. I only go here because of low prices and being on a budget. Today there were no carts. I went out and brought some in. I told 3 employees and when I left....still no carts. The employees are not friendly or helpful. I got here as rarely as possible.

Wish I could give no stars! Went here with my mom who needs to walk with a shopping cart. Couldn't find one when we went in. They said go look in the parking lot! Even the security guard at the door was rude!! Wanted to buy some hair color. Every box was damaged! WTF ! I will never shop here again.

The store was disorganized and Christmas items were not all marked down as they are at other locations. We were told there wasn't a front end manager to help us when in my experience there usually are front end managers and assistant front end managers at stores like this. Definitely not somewhere I am inclined to return to.

Cancelling my Walmart credit card and never shopping here again. Beyond the fact the store is a mess, out of stocks everywhere, looks like rummage sale (and this was long before covid) just terrible every time I've been in here. LAST STRAW: I purchased two tableware sets here, brought them home and unpacked them and found one coffee cup at the bottom broken. No big deal, a bit inconvenient but this kind of thing is normal. So I take the box, receipt and broken mug back to the store to just ask for another mug and they tell me I have to go back home, pack up the entire dish set, bring it back, then they would give me entire new set when all I needed was one mug. The absolute incompetency and ignorance of the staff of the store is beyond my ability to put into words at this point. It's clear Walmart has risen to the point in size where they just don't care or hire anyone that does. Management at this store clearly doesn't know what they are doing so It only to be expected the rest of the staff doesn't either. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE! I WILL BE...

Beyond stupid. No one in the auto department to wait on me, then no one to ring me up. Told me to take the battery up front. I told them no way the cashier would be able to handle the core, so he took it and told me to 'tell them I have it'. At least they believed me, but the cashier couldn't figure out how to remove the core, so we went to customer service to a girl who had no clue, of course, she sent a third girl to get the manger, whose name is Latisha, Shawanda or something like that, they suddenly couldn't remember her name when I asked afterwards. Anyhow 'Latisha' came and started repeatedly asking for a receipt. I told her I was BUYING a battery.. no receipt, get it girl ? Nope asked me over and over while I was trying to explain. I'm talking loudly through my mask because I'm starting to think she has a hearing problem. Then she tells me I'm yelling at her and walks off. These people are clueless. Finally girl number three can suddenly figure out how to ring me up. What a joke, I'll never return to this store. I try and avoid Walmart like the Plague !!!

I just had a great experience at customer service at this Walmart! (8/2/20 7pm). I was dreading to take returns in, usually a hassle. But I stood in line for under 15 minutes & was greeted with a friendly welcome. I had 13 pieces of clothing to return, with no receipt & almost 60 days since purchased, from a different Walmart. She gladly looked up my 3 receipts & I left very happy. I don't shop here, but think I may start. Thanks!!

Poor communication regarding COVID customer practices & information relation. store hours according to some signs state 24/7 hours, while online it says 7 am. And upon entering was quickly escorted out on the notion that they are closed yet there would be open entrance if I walked futher down for customers. This was confusing and contradictory. I apologized for my misinterpretation of the rules & asked when they would be open again to hear the response: that they are just closed. With that in mind, I will assume this Walmart is closed & shop online or a 24 hour cvs

If you want help, for goodness sake don't call them. You'll hold and they'll hang up. They'll transfer and hang up. The website isn't any better. And the seconds of human contact you'll have--well, that person is probably yelled at all day long and they're pretty rude. Shop and pick up your order? Nope, I think you'd have a better chance of getting Bill & Ted or a space alien to deliver what you need to you. "Thanks for sticking with us. I'll keep looking for an associate to help." Yes, this is what you will hear over and over and over again. And if you order online, don't be surprised if they mess that up, too, and you never get it. Worst, worst, worst store ever. -- Bill & Ted can check on this as they travel from place to pace, time to time.
