We last used White Star when we moved into our current home nine years ago. Their service was just as outstanding as I remembered. Jake P. and Brandon were friendly, efficient and careful. They had three bedrooms completely cleared out and loaded into a storage container in about 90 minutes.

Update: The movers on both ends were great. I appreciated their help. The people working for the company....less so. I had to fight them on most things. Clearly they were concerned about making money and not their customer base. Messy relationship between them and I. Im sure they will work for some people. Don't expect them to take care of you beyond the bare minimum.
Brandon Everett and Nate were exemplary and expeditious when moving me out of my storage unit today. Clearly professional. They all went the extra mile to earn my business in the future. Thanks!

Will, Otis, Jake and Austin did a fabulous job on our move. They came in under the time estimated and under the price. They were able to move very difficult pieces without damage. We would highly recommend White Star Movers!

Jake P. and Matthew were polite, efficient, helpful, and great at paying attention to instructions. They did the work of three in less time than expected and saved us money. I highly recommend White Star, especially these two hardworking, respectful young men.

Crew Leader, Kyle, Otis and Noah were a great crew! They were efficient and respectful of our property. I would certainly recommend White Star Movers!

I went with them because they were not the cheapest but highly recommended. Although the movers were very nice and deserve the job they have, the driver was bullying the other two men and making sure it was know that he was their “boss”. My husband and I are pretty laid back in the sense of we know how hard this job is and feel bad standing around watching. it felt as though they took advantage of that energy and got comfortable and behind standing outside more, talking and messing around more, ect. they left half of our basement toys at our old house and then pinned it on us saying my husband and I might need to communicate better with eachother. when I called the next day to let them know I spent 2200 to then spend 9 hours the next day emptying our basement, they got defensive.
I think it is important to note this was not in our imagination due to he fact that one mover was in the bathroom for a long time and the other one needed his help and mentioned through the door “what are you doing in there man, fingering yourself?”
i do not recommend due to the unprofessionalism, lack of care with leaving behind items and the gaslighting and dismissive energy that occurred when addressing the issues.

Great experience with Mayflower/White Star. The friendly, hard working crew of 3 made the move from downriver Michigan to Northeast Ohio as smooth as possible. They took great care of our property and furniture. Presented skill packing truck and placed items room by room at new address. Thanks guys, great job! Noah,Skylar and Will make a great team and provided great service.

Jake and Camden moved me from St Clair Shores to Romeo this past week. They were on time and moved swiftly and carefully moving my goods out of one house and into the other. They did a great job and I would recommend White Star to anyone!

These guys were the best and this was no easy task. The enorminty of this move could not be overstated. It was a 16 hour day in and out. The team here -Will, Joe N, Austin, Matt and Shariff were legitimately the best moving team I've ever dealt with. I had to help coordinate 2 moving trucks for 1 single move and these guys were able to take this insane task on with speed precision and professionalism. If you don't get these guys for your move you'll be missing out.
