Was told to wait 48 hours for my APPROVED ACP ID to apply the credit to my account. Been a month now and the had to have a credit home representative reapply me.

David Anthony is the best!!!! He was exceptionally professional and courteous. He exceeded my expectations. He took care of my issue with my modem with swift action. Xfinity needs to hire more employees like him, my service here today was pleasant I will return.

I moved to a location Xfinity does not provide service to so I had to turn on my equipment. I stopped at this location and couldn't have asked for better service. They saw me coming with my box and as soon as I stepped on the curb the door was opened with a nice gentleman offering to take the box. There were plenty of shoppers with plenty of staff to help. Everyone was friendly and smiling and I was done with return receipt in hand within 10 minutes. I didn't get names but all 3 gentlemen who I interacted with were awesome. Keep up the good work.

Scam!!!!! They will lie to you about your bill and add extra line without your consent and charge you monthly automatically from your bank, happened to me and when i raise concerns they told me i have to call corporate and then i was told i will never get the extra money refunded but next time to read their hidden policy, what a joke, this people working there also lied to me twice left a note to the support saying charges are valid but when i went to the store they agreed saying it was a mistake in their end, avoid this place….

They will lie and sell you something and add a line to your account without even explaining it to you. And when you ask for that extra charge they will make sure you don’t get that refund. I will definitely let my community know about you thieves

Was told by an agent on the phone that I could get a pod in the store. They would bill my accout and I could pick it up in store. Was told at store, they could order me one, but they could not give me one off the shelf. The store had them sitting on the shelf. Called back the agent and told them the story. They then said they could send one out in 5 to 7 day. Yet I had wasted my time and gas going to the store. No compensation for my time or gas. If this Is how a new customer is treated. I have had this service for 6 hour. Installed on 11/21 at 12 noon. I can't wait to see what the future holds.Ps a text message review from your corporate office only makes me more mad.

Has been a loyal customer for a year, call because I was paying $120 a month for internet and wanted a deal. Got told there was a deal going on for $88 a month for internet and phone. Sound like a great deal. I was paying $120 a month for internet and $30 a month for unlimited phone through a different company. Now they're trying to charge me $500 a month for this phone. Doesn't seem like much a deal does it? Because common Sense would say obviously I couldn't afford $500 a month if I wanted a deal on just internet to begin with. I am absolutely furious. Now xfinity's trying to say it's my problem. But how would it be my problem if Xfinity is the one who messed up on their end? I wanted a deal not a higher payment a month. Thanks for robbing the little guy.

Brittany was very helpful. Unfortunately I am now getting billed for two accounts. Attempts to get an explanation are futile because the telephone service and website are useless. Xfinity does not want to do customer service!

it was great for a while, but in the past 3 years i've upgraded to a 4k Tv which has had me upgrade to the new xfinity 4k box. i've been through 4 of these POS boxes. they're cheap, have no protection to surges and just don't work randomly. i'm posting this before i cancel my 20+ year account with this company and i couldn't be more happier on my outcome decision. please if you have a 4k tv use it as a smart tv do not waste your money on this POS "4k" box. the only positive comment i have for them is that for my last box replacement they offered me a free month of service due to me not being able to even watch it. which was expected but also appreciated.

Been on phone every my month they been screwing me over and still can't fix my account plus went back on there word I'm a disabled person and single mom now loss of my service has effected me drastically they making me pay 3x more then I should for use of Internet

I came into the Sterling Heights location I had Amorae help us with our phones she was not only able to help us but got the manger Brandon to help us even further!! Not only did the solve the problem they went above and beyond and really went that extra step they even explained the process and steps we could take.
