I'm not sure sure if this kind of place doesnt see people from out of town often, but they do a damn good job giving the impression that those from elsewhere are unwelcome. Extremely rude customer service (except Mike).
If the review was asking how well this stores employees did at alienating an individual, id givr them 5/5.
i'm forever thankful i grew up in an area where this kind of thing is less apparent.

This is my favorite hardware store because of the great selection and the convenience of shopping. I needed Kiwi Saddle Soap for leather and they carry it.
