The lady with no makeup with greasy long hair in the deli selling sandwiches is so unfriendly and dirty. She acted bothered by us that we wanted a sandwich. The sandwiches are nothing like they use to be. Waste of money. Mine was supposed to come with green pepper and cream cheese and I had one itty bitty green pepper on half of my sandwich and the cream cheese was spread so thin I brought sandwich home and added my own. That unhappy LGBT lady has no business working in the public

This used to be the store to go to for quality produce year round that made it worth the higher price. But, since they were bought up, this is not the case anymore. Add in they now substitute off brands for the premium brands, it's no different now than Hardings, but at a higher price.

Well my first and only suggestion would be that they allow nobody younger than 21 on the second floor mezzanine area. A bunch of germ carrying, crumb dropping little rug rats that won't wear a mask when they can get away with it. Service is great other than that. Better than the one in South Saint Joe.

I really like Martins, but in the past few months have gotten three items that are out of date. 2 being from the meat department. I specifically go here to support them instead of going to Meijer for most of my food, but have been a little disappointed. My family spends so much money here and we love the staff. Please take better care of looking at your stock. I hate to say this, but not once have I had a product from Meijer that is past it's date, especially with meat.

Martin's is a lovely store, and their employees are great. It's a large store, with a lovely hometown feel!

Lack of Customer Service I am placing another review on Martin's because I feel like something needs to be addressed about the lack of customer acknowledgement from your service counter for meat. I have stood there for several minutes without having anyone look up from what they are doing even if I say something. Attitude Issues I still refuse to use your deli checkout that same horrible employee Sandra is still holding down the register. What a terribly fake and rude employee? You have such wonderful employees throughout the store and then you go over to your two "quick" lanes. You immediately forget all the nice people in the store because she is so fake, rude, and her self involved attitude is not customer service. No Thank you! New Found Happiness On a happier note my husband and I have tried Groceries to go! Which we love---SO WE ARE GIVING GROCERIES TO GO A BIG FIVE STARS since I can only have one review on here at a time. Thank you to our wonderful shopper Michelle she has shopped our last 5+ orders and everything has always been PERFECT!!!!!! I am bragging about this wonderful service to everyone!!!

THE SALAD BAR IS AWESOME. It's so dang expensive though. I wish they would reduce the price per pound for your salad if you don't have meat on it.

This is my favorite grocery store. I prefer it over Meijer even though the prices are higher. The people are nice and don't have those "I hate my job attitudes." The place is clean and they do take suggestions. They have several areas to eat at the back door deli, two inside and one outside. The upstairs area we use for card making often on Mondays. The sushi here is wonderful as is the fried chicken. They have lots of specialty items too, the place feels classy but not pretentious. The best part is you do not have to wait for more than a minute or two in line nor put your own bags in your cart. They also will take the groceries to the car for you if you like.

This place is known as the more "upscale" grocery in town. Better quality items and higher prices. It's got the only Starbucks in town, and fair sushi available on a daily basis. Until St Joe gets a proper Starbucks, and/or any type of sushi restaurant, I will be visiting Martin's. (I have learned that LakeHouse and Schu's do have "sushi night" but I still need to try them)

I really love the look of the new building... It looks so pretty and clean. The store shelves are always full and they have unique products that you can not find at Meijer or Walmart. Love the cheese selections in the fancy deli area. They have a red box outside too...

Now that Martin's has built a new building, I really enjoy shopping here. Everything is shiny and new. They even have a walk-in beer cooler! The mezzanine is much larger than the St. Joseph Martin's. It also includes an enclosed section for cooking classes. Also, if you like sushi, the selection at the Stevensville location is a little more exotic than the St. Joseph one. They have Dragon rolls and the like here. Right now, the parking is a little less than ideal but that is temporary and should be resolved once the lot is re-paved.

How is it possible that I am the first person to review this place? When I first moved here people told me that they would just go to the Saint Joseph Martins because it was nicer, but I think the service at the Stevensville Martins is just as great, if not better. I am super pumped for the new store to open. It looks awesome!!!!!
