My aunt left an a trust account for her surviving siblings who are in their 80s to help them with any needs and I have been trying to close her account for months now and all I get is excuses and liesfrom this local branch to the corporate office no one has done anything but give me the run around. This company is awful!!!!!

The worst experience ever! Nanci told me they would match Huntington's rate if I stayed. When my statement came in she lied about calling me saying she wasn't able to get that rate. Then she said she she would talk to the higher ups and in the end I lost thousands of dollars.
