Seems that they cleared all of the good workers out. I was the ONLY vehicle at the location for the duration of my oil change. The only work these guys did for my hour long oil change was gossip with the construction worker present. 2 workers present, neither had name tags. Unfortunate experience for someone who's had no problems in the years I've been coming here. Sounds like workers see this place as their personal playground. 2 stars solely because the job eventually got done. But wow...what a nice TV they added👎🏻

I had a great experience at the Performance Plus in Benton Harbor! I had gotten an oil change at the St. Joe location and came to Benton Harbor to redeem my car wash coupon, but the machine was giving me an error. Multiple team members noticed I was having trouble and kindly asked if I needed help. They all worked together to get everything sorted out quickly and gave me a new code with no hassle. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind—I really appreciated the outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Didn't catch their names but the 3 guys working right now are amazing. They had me in and out in under 30mins and had my car sounding and riding better. Top notch service and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Thanks again!

Tyler and the rest of the outstanding crew checked through my vehicle thoroughly and were very transparent on explaining what needed to be done. They were very polite and professional and were very speedy on getting everything done all while taking great care of my vehicle. I am up to date on everything and I will be returning next time I’m in need of service!! Thank you again to the outstanding team that I was fortunate to meet today!

Only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is they were friendly and did the job. This is where I felt I got worked over. They pointed out crude oil on stick and recommended an oil tank cleaning for $20, ok sounds good., got a bill for $100 including a $20 labor fee. I've never received a labor fee at an oil change place before, and they did not mention a labor fee when selling me on the oil tank cleaning. I believe I got scammed, and I do not recommend this place. I was planning on a $60 bill and turned out to be $100.

My oil change was done by Erik and Antwain and they were wonderful! Their positive attitudes, sense of humor and kindness made an oil change fun! The world needs a lot more people like them!
