Yes, I am that annoying customer. With five minutes left till close. I call ahead saying I’m running late and I need to buy 10 bags of horse pellets. And every employee’s nightmare. Thankfully, Oscar and Dawn were on the clock and came through in the clutch. They had the cart all loaded up by the time I pulled in the parking lot and I was checked out and under three minutes, even having to enter in rewards coupons, price match and tax exempt form info. Total All-Stars. This is why I love Tractor Supply and especially this location.

Called before driving to this location from south bend as all of the locations and other stores were out of generators in my area, Oscar was very patient and knowledgeable about the product I was looking to purchase both him and Jenni where amazing best customer service I have received at tractor supply thank you

No dog wash! TSC site is wrong - no dog wash at this location. Three stars because employee was very friendly and told us where a local dog wash was.

Only three cars in the parking lot I went to the checkout desk and ask for assistance for the batteries and nobody in the freaking store can borher to help me needless to say I don't think I'll be back....

Excellent staff and service. Very helpful and friendly. My number one go to store for pet food and supplies. They delivered a large dog kennel same day. Outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Decided to stop by today because I saw some flashlight/collapsable lanterns at my friends house. She told me they got them here and since they had Christmas/winter designs they were on clearance for $3.99. Grabbed two and bought my pup a dog toy. Employees helped us find what we were looking for and the cashier was friendly as well. My husband had never been here before so we also looked around a bit before heading out. We will most likely be back for some cowboy boots for him. Thanks Tractor Supply for a great little trip out.
