I always work with Beth Dumminger on auto loans. She is great. She took the hassle out of my last car buying experience by going direct with the dealer in Tennessee to take charge of little details. It was above and beyond, but she said it was her job. Also, Roger helped me refinance my house last fall at a great rate. The experience had a little hiccup because of a deed issue, but it was not his fault. He helped us work our way around the issue and made the ordeal a pleasant transaction. I have been with United (First Resource/Whirlpool) Federal Credit Union for over 30 years. Thank you for taking care of me!

I have been a member for over 40 years. Loans were easy when we needed them. Loan officers were professionals and friendly to us at all times. I would recommend UFCU to any one who is looking for a new bank.

Five stars and a shout out to Cathy (Stevensville branch manager) and Shele (call center) to OUTSTANDING service. Cathy went above and beyond yesterday, despite being super busy, helping me get some of my Mom's finances straightened out. Shele went above and beyond helping us locking out my Mom's accounts after her credit was compromised. Both ladies took out extra time from their day to help me. What great service! Thanks so much ladies. :-)

I've banked with United since 2004 and have always had a great experience. I have used this branch for about 5 years now and they have all always been so helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk and Member Service Advisors are great.

UFCU doesn't know what they are doing. I signed all the paperwork to close out all of my accounts and they left my credit card open and active. I get a call about two months later about a balance that hasn't been paid.
