Julia, the elder lady that wears the fun hair piece, is an absolute Angel. I never come and write reviews on yelp, but she is the most pure thing. She genuinely cares about her job and helping people and it is so evident. I hope she gets all the raises and her bosses show her nothing but love. She's the best-- the most helpful person I've ever had at any Walgreens, CVS, etc

A young girl named Cayla helped me at the photo department in Stevensville. She was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me get the photos I wanted. She was a breath of fresh air! She deserves a raise!!! You better hold on to this girl! She's Amazing!!

First, this is regarding their PHARMACY....which should not even be able to operate! I had the misfortune of having to go to the ER on a Friday night with a VERY high risk BP. They called in to Walgreens in Stevensville 2 RX's that I was supposed to start Saturday morning. Being fairly new to the state, I started checking Saturday when I could get them. I just got a recording that asked verfication info & just said they're "in progress. Called 4 x's and got the same message. On the 5th try tried to go further as to when or why, THEN finally received a recording they were CLOSED! Can you imagine? A Pharmacy that is closed from Friday nite to Sunday 10am!!! So now it's Sunday, I call at 10:05 and she has the NERVE to be snotty with me! OMG, they should not allowed to have a pharmacy at all in this store!

Spent (spending) three months with prescription technical issues that require you to call them (which can take hours on hold) only for them to accuse you of various incorrect issues despite the fact they can fix it with a couple keystrokes. The drivethrough line is often very long and no matter the length of the queue the staff takes their 1:30pm meal break leaving everyone high and dry. I get tons of worthless reminder phone calls, but never the ones telling me there is an issue making it a crap shoot on whether the prescription is actually there unless I log into the website. Their stocking strategy is to never change so no matter how many times you order a prescription it will be out of stock and require multiple days to fill. The manager will hang up on you if she doesn't like what you have to say and claim that hanging up on someone is "not refusing to help" them. She will say they can't fix the issues and point you to corporate...corporate will claim that the store is completely able to handle the issue themselves despite the fact that they say they have "no technical support" on site. So expect every interaction to be frusterating with no outcome.

I was in your store this past Monday morning (December 6th). I stopped at the pharmacy to find out about getting the shingles vaccine. The pharmacy technician told me that I needed to schedule an appointment either online or on the app. I walked away and decided to schedule the appointment on the app on my phone. The next available appointment was at 10:30am that very morning, so I chose it. I got a confirmation email. I went back to the pharmacy about 10:20am and the same pharmacy technician said she couldn't find my appointment. So I showed her the confirmation email I had received. She went and talked to the pharmacist and he said they would try to work me in. Then she told me that my insurance was saying that it wasn't active. I had forgotten that last year I had changed Medicare Advantage plans so I told her and gave her my new insurance card. She entered it and then told me that it said the insurance was inactive! I asked her if she was sure she entered it correctly (I've been using this insurance card all year with no issues). She claimed that she entered it twice! Then she asked me if I wanted to pay out of pocket for the shingles vaccine, I said why would I pay for something that my insurance covers for free!? Then she told me that I would have to call the 800 number on my insurance card to see what was going on. I asked if I did that and worked whatever the issue was out, could I still get the vaccine that day. She said no, I would have to reschedule! So I went to my car and called the 800 number on my insurance card. The woman from the insurance company said there was NOTHING wrong with my card, my insurance was active for the rest of this year and for next year already! I did NOT appreciate the attitude nor the way that pharmacy technician spoke to me! I did exactly what I was told to do! I will be getting the shingles vaccine (and any other vaccines that I need) at a different pharmacy, not Walgreens!

Today is the day that I am finally going to make the switch from the Stevensville Walgreens...to ANY other pharmacy! Frankly, I am fed up with the poor customer service in the pharmacy. The staff in the store have always been stellar but some of the pharmacy staff including the pharmacists are sub par at best! I have used Walgreens Pharmacy in many different parts of the US and have ALWAYS been happy...until Stevensville! Even up until 3 or 4 years ago, the service was amazing however the staff these past years have been rude and leave much to be desired! I implore the management team to please be more discerning when hiring your pharmacy employees in the future or give them customer service training that they so desperately need!

Pharmacy staff is very rude, they act as if they are doing you a favor by helping you or answering any questions.

My wife was in need of a good couch medicine and wasn't feeling very good due to the flu that's been going around. The pharmacist was amazing, he help her find the right couch medicine but more importantly his vast knowledge and genuine desire to help, reduced her anxieties and made a tough day much better. He was very kind.

Terrible customer service here. I've only ever used Walgreens locations for my prescriptions my entire life and until today, have never had an issue. Today I was met with irritation, impatience and basic unwillingness to be accommodating. I just moved near this location so I transferred my prescription on the Walgreens website. I received the email confirmation of the new location and time for pickup. A couple days later, went to pick up my prescription and was met with attitude and a general sense that I was a nuisance to them. Every piece of information I was asked for I gave and was met with a brick wall of irritation and was treated like I needed to just leave. I will definitely not be going back to this particular Walgreens even though its right by my new home.

Just wanted to show my appreciation for the photo department in my local Walgreens for the quick and friendly response when some of my photos had an obvious machine related problem when developed. The lady working the booth couldn't have been nicer and took care of the problem at the least inconvenience to me. Thank you!!

This rating is due to one individual's poor attitude and appalling lack of customer service in the pharmacy.

As Walgreens go, I was impressed. The staff (especially a nice mature lady who was great) greet you individually when you enter the store. The area is nice, near the post office and handy for errands.
