This company has billed us for equipment that has been returned and they are no longer answering their phone and their vm box is full. This is not a company to do business with as they lie to you to get your business and then never follow thru with the deliverables.

Update: I now find out that Lisa and Scott at Precision have been lying to me the whole time and have lost my equipment never turning it in. Still waiting for satisfaction from this company that I have been a long time customer with.November 2023I have been doing business with Precision Satellite for years and have been satisfied. However, this last year I was charged for not returning equipment, which Precision was suppose to do. Since April of this year 2023, I still have not received the $143.10 charged for equipment and have only been getting the run around from Precision.

In October 2020 I signed up for Direct TV through Precision. They said I would receive an additional $100 gift card for going through them. I had not received the gift card by November and Precision said it would take 6-8 weeks to get it. Still didn't get the card by January 2021 and called Precision who said it takes 12 weeks for the card to come. Called Precision in February because the card never came, they had me call AT&T. AT&T said they had no record of the request being submitted. Called Precision and and they said they put in a new request. Called Precision in early March, and they said card request was processed in February and to call them at the end of March. Called Precision at the end of March and and they said it takes 8 weeks to process. Said they would discuss cutting a check for $100 if card did not arrive. Called Precision in mid April and told them card still had not come, they said they did everything possible and basically washed their hands of it. They would not cut a $100 check either. Precision said I should call AT&T again. Called At&T and they had no record of the request from Precision and they sent me to Direct TV who said they had no record of the request, and now it was too late to process anything since 120 days had expired since hookup.Bottom line don't believe you will get anything extra by going through Precision deal directly with Direct TV.

We were referred to this company by dish to help with a remote control problem. They were efficient, helpful, and reasonably priced. If we ever have problems in the future we will go to Precision first! Important to support local businesses.

I was paying too much for my satellite with poor service. Until I switch with this company, they gave me good discount and the people are respectful and very understanding. This comapny is worth recommending.

Service and pricing are better than the other company out there but the technician who came into my house asked too many questions, I assume they need them to be able to know what channels I love to watch and set it up but overall it's good.

I scheduled to have Dish Network set up at my house this past month and, although there were some hiccups, everything was solved in the end and my service works great.

This company helped me with my God awful direct to corporate experience with DirecTV. After spending hours on the phone with DirectTV, I had enough and decided to go with a smaller Michigan based company. These guys really helped me out. I spoke to Lisa and she was very helpful. I moved to Dish through them and, at first, had a really difficult time with changing my service, but they had someone available to pick up the phone whenever I called for help. I hate being on hold or having to navigate through an automated phone system, but it's nice to be able to talk to a human being. They put me on hold once, but it was only for a few minutes.

Really shady. These people will do anything to get your money and leave you high and dry. Liars and scammers. If it sounds too good to be true, there’s a reason for it. The owner of this company isn’t even allowed to sell DISH network anymore because of all the lies and scams they were pulling. Beware!
