Worst Service Ever. The Mobile App is garbage, it took me over 25 Minutes just to check in and get the Key! I had to leave my car there as it was a one way drive, they called and said they are towing my car, who does that?

Uhaul is terrible, but this location is the bright, shinning jewel of our day. Customer service is top notch. I am greatful that they were open on a Sunday! Actually saved my move and my sanity!

U-haul stockbridge is run by Erica....met us before they normally open,had us on our way quickly,she made the whole thing easy ,I even bought some picked asparagus and locally made salsa for the trip.....good people

These folks are professional and were a pleasure to work with. There was a problem when my truck wasn't returned on time by the previous truck renter. I had to move that morning, so the business owner came in and drove me to Jackson to get a truck at their U-Haul. He stayed with me until I had a truck - turning a bad situation into a very good situation. That's integrity!
