I'll give 4 stars because there was a mis-hap while moving into the unit and had the wrong code to my lock, talked to a wonderful gentleman who was in Texas who had no access to the coded lockes. TEventually they fixed it within the hour. Thank YouMy 4 stars are on the advertisement that first month rent is free and I paid first month and an additional 29.00 charge.

Amazing service and professional environment. Had to store work material and equipment and Alex, person in charge, arranged things very well and found the perfect spot for my things. Very happy with the location, couple minutes from main road, and the people working it.
