“Everything went good! I can't seem to get my car washed tho! Everybody else's car was washed! Everyone can go thru the car wash anytime for free! I went to your dealership first, you didn't have the TRAILBLAZER RS! couldn't locate one. I had to go to Chicago unfortunately! I kinda get treated like I have the plague! You'll take my money and service my car to keep it certified?! I didn't buy it there tho so no car washes for me!! ???♀️Not even after I get it serviced there! Lol I'm punished for not buying it there! I guess!? My first service appointment I was even treated poorly because I didn't buy it there! The last 2 service appts were good! I was treated alot better! Still can't get a car wash to save my life! Lol I just started looking for a bigger SUV! My whole experience so far, can't say I'd want to buy one from them even if they had one wanted! The guys fixing my car do a great job, customer service last 2 times have been better! Lil pettiness rules because I didn't buy it there, well I tried! ??♀️??♀️I won't be buying my next vehicle there because of the petty things I'm not privileged too! Just can't get a drop of water! Which seems to be more important than more business! ??♀️”
“Friendly mechanics, clean shop, efficient and quick service. They changed my engine oil with full synthetic (recommend by my manufacturer) and the oil filter, cleaned the windows, checky the outside lights, and aired my tires faster than I could figure out how to reset the oil change warning light on my car.
Ok, I admit it, they had to help me with that. I couldn't remember where the setting was was located.
Whole process was done in less than 20 minutes.
All for an extremely reasonable price.

“My sons Fusion blew a brale hose and broke a shift cable at the West bound toll plaza on 80/90 near Sturgis. Called Chuck's the following morning. They got his car from the plaza, and had it fixed the 2nd day. Very grateful for Chuck and Phillip. They took good care of us.”
“I had setup a test drive over a holiday weekend. Nate replied quickly to my inquiry before they closed. The day of the test drive he gave us a route with country roads to test drive the GMC Terrain (it had just snowed the night before too) and let us take our time with the drive to get a feel for it. The process to buy the car was smooth and easy. Even when they couldn't get my plate off the car same day, they called back within a couple days saying it was ready to be picked up. Even in picking up the plate from my old car they were happy to help answer a few questions I had on the new car.”
“Needed some new tires.Went to Walmart in Sturgis Miichigan. Excellent service!!! They even put our car jack away AND our spare tire! Not easy to do! Our techs were David B and Larry S. Our service writer was Katherine. There was a bit of a mix up in the paper work but Katherine, along with various techs patiently worked through this issue and got it all straightened out. This is a super busy place and everyone kept their cool and provided great service. Thank you!”
