I was at 2 hardware store with no luck finding a matching nut for a bolt I had, Jim wasn't giving up for me, found me what I needed. Extremely helpful when I didn't know what I was looking for. Lol

Great hardware store that also caters to the industrial companies in the area, so they carry tools and hardware that other stores don't. I don't know why they also sell pickles, but I had to buy some. The pickles are nothing special but I still like Cotton's

Best DoItBest Hardware I’ve ever found! Hoping the take over of Yoder’s from Cottin’s doesn’t have it change too much. So far, they haven’t, thankfully; except for some new items.They almost always have what I’m looking for! And for the most part, cheaper than the big box stores too.Friendly, helpful, & KNOWLEDGABLE staff! I’ve never felt talked down to for being female like other hardwares around the area. Even when I have off-the-wall ideas & projects, the staff have always tried to help me find what I could put together to complete my projects!!!All around WONDERFUL store!

Very friendly people. Even with the paint shortage issues (entirely not the stores fault!)they were able to help me get products to complete a couple projects. Love the paint data base they keep so if I need more they can match it.
