Staff was very polite and professional in their actions. They determined that I needed hearing assistance devices. My Humana insurance discounted price was too much for me to handle at this time. ($3,000). They did offer to set up a charge account so I could pay it off over time. But this is something I can't handle right now.

They are very helpful in you making the best choice. After my test this time I was given a chance to try out the next level of hearing aid to see if there was a remarkable difference. I didn’t feel that I could tell any difference. They didn’t pressure me to make a decision I didn’t feel I needed. I appreciate that very much.

Hearing aids were cleaned and checked out than we worked on tuning for volume and getting the whistle out. Plus answer any questions I had concerns about, very kind and knowledgeable!
