After over $500 in diagnostic fees, three of the items were misdiagnosed and only one was fixed property after I brought it in and spent over 300 to get two of the item fixed when they couldn't find anything wrong with the other problem I had and I had to show them what the problem was because they could not see it. If anybody could find a better service department I was sure appreciate the help because so far three dealerships in my area have Faild miserably.

I highly recommend Jim Stykemain Chevy. Not only do they have one of the few EV fast chargers in the area - on the EVGO network and so available to anyone - but they are a pleasure to work with and go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Special thanks to Marcos and Brady for helping us get a new Equinox EV, which we love!

I had the most enjoyable experience while purchasing a vehicle this week! Marcos treated me like family the second I walked in the door. He and Justine were beyond friendly and honest through the fast and easy purchasing process. The comfortable, easy going office atmosphere is like nothing I have ever experienced when shopping for a vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my trade in and purchase! I highly recommend stopping in and asking for Marcos!

Took my car in for a warranty repair on Wednesday October 18th. Got a text after I dropped it off and the mechanic was out that day. So, they gave me a loaner with the check engine light on and the car wasn’t getting the gas mileage I was used to. 9 miles less a gallon. They needed it for 2 days. I informed the dealership I needed my car back Thursday for a UofM appointment the next morning. I had to leave at 7:30 am on Friday. So, I returned the loaner after work on Wednesday.
So, I called on Thursday November 2nd and informed them I wanted to drop off my car a day early on Tuesday November 7th after work. My appointment actually was November 8th. They said I would have a loaner ready for me. I walked in after 3 and was in informed they had no loaner. Even though they had said they would have one. The service manager came out to help me with the situation. She actually found me a trade-in. The trade in was not detailed and radio didn’t work. Actually nothing worked where the radio was above the counsel. The mileage was in km and so was the speedometer. Made a horrible noise coming from the tires, smelled bad and was very dirty. And…they could not promise I’d have back after 2 days. Mind you, I called the service writer at 3:30 and she informed me it may not get done today. She said she would call at 4:30. Mind you I live 30 minutes from the dealership. So, she said she would call me at 4:15. Still no call, so I called at 4:20. Total of a 9 hour job. It was done at 4:45. I had already left for Sturgis assuming they would have it done. Still had to wait another 15 minutes after I arrived.

We bought a canyon from them. My daughters Trax threw a code and she needed to go on a trip. Got it in the next day found problem and fixed. The dealership she bought this new from didn't care. Jim stykemain service guys did. Can't say enough good things about them

Dry displeased with the purchase of my 2017 Silverado. Been in shop 3 times already in the first month. One was wheel bearing I get it they go out. But while that was being fixed was told they put new pads on bad rotors so had to fix that then battery went out the 2nd week. Was told they put new battery in every vehicle and that can’t be true was original battery from Chevy. And now it’s heading back to the shop again for noise in the front end. Bought warranty it ain’t helped at all cause of 30 day activation. Policy so have put 2700 in to athis thick I just bought less than a month ago. Very disappointed in the situation.

Marcos was our sales representative, Very knowledgeable and personable. My wife and I have been buying cars for over 40 years and this has been the nicest time we’ve ever had. No pressure very relaxed. It was an enjoyable time buying a car. We purchased a car for my wife, and I’ll be going back there and buying a car for myself in the future. If you go there, ask for Marcos.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Jim Stykemain. Marcos was a great help. I drove 3 hours from Ohio to get the car, and right after I left the dealership I stopped down the street to get gas for the long ride home. The gas door was frozen and I couldn't get home without topping off the tank. I called Marcos and he came to the gas station to help. We ended up returning to the dealership where he was able to get the door unstuck. This happened right after
they closed for the day but he opened back up and stayed late to help me.
