Upon entering the dealership, Nate Jackson met me at the door. I'd already made an appointment to view the vehicle I was interested in, so he knew why I was there. He had it ready to go for a test drive. He never pressured me to purchase it. Of the several experiences I've had with purchasing vehicles over the years, this one had to be the most stress free. He patiently listened and answered all my questions. I love this Chevrolet Equinox the most of the three I have owned over the years. I purchased the Equinox Premier. It would be perfect if you would have only considered putting the CD player back into the vehicle. Thank you.

Bought a truck from here. 2 weeks later it was in the shop. Needed fluids replaced. 2 weeks after that, needed a new battery. The trucks wiring harness is screwed up so the computer system randomly does whatever it wants. When the trucks trailer brake system comes on, the truck shuts off and the steering wheel locks. When I called to inform them that they sold me a truck that is a safety hazard they said they'd look into it. It's been 3 months haven't gotten anything back. This dealership knew the kind of truck they were selling me and unfortunately I fell for it. Worst dealership I've ever been to.

No one bothered to come out and help me. I went inside to ask about a vehicle. Was pretty much told I couldn't afford what they had. Salesman never got up from his desk. He wasn't so much rude as he was more like I was interrupting him. So I went to Coldwater and bought what I wanted there.

I had my vehicle serviced and I’ve also had my oil changed. I have to say that I am very impressed by every single aspect of this place! Everything was explained to me in a way that I understood, items that were not covered by my warranty were also explained (don’t fall for those extended warranties from third parties - lesson learned). I was used to going to quicky oil change shops but I will never go back after being treated with such excellent customer service! Needless to say, they have absolutely earned my business and I will definitely be back!

Nathan Jackson was excellent very helpful and I’ve bought a lot of cars through my life and he was one of the exceptional ones that knew his product through and through and also your credit manager. She was very good also..

I bought a new set of tires for my vehicle thirteen hundred dollars. Thought they came with new valve Stums just like every other place does when you get a new set of tires periodMy one tire leaked air period. An hour and forty five minute. You charged me $40 to replace it wasn't happy!

Bought a truck from them that had been through full service and inspection. Later on I realized the frame was cracked in 2 different spots. Jim seemed eager to get the repairs done but never followed up to do them, even after I left multiple voicemails

Horrible service the last time i was there and had to wait 3 hours for a seat belt to be changed that was on backorder that supposedly came in the same day i called an got an appointment set up just to get told i had to pay for it since my warranty was up even though i was told when my seat belt was put on backorder it was going to be covered no matter what since it wasnt my fault or theirs that it was on backorder and they filed the claim for it. Then tell me there manager will waive the maintenance fee since it wasnt under warranty anymore. Anyway the kid was very unprofessional and treated me like i was dumb miss the old staff and owner. Also the time on my receipt says it took them 30mins so they had to deal with my cranky 2 year old crying and getting irritated and i was late getting my son from school my appointment was at 1 and didnt leave till well after 4. I would of never been treated this way before with the old owners and staff. Take the extra miles and go to Royal Chevrolet in Coldwater much better service and honesty!

Ordered our C8 with Nate and got museum delivery - fully recommend btw! Had ordered a 2022, but got a chance for a 70th anniversary so we got it! Very happy with our experience

There were coolant lines replaced and we asked that the engine blocked be rinsed of coolant - if this happened it was done poorly. Work not completed when they say it will be and little communication about delays. Forgetting to replace caps, tighten clamps on hoses, tighten screws on brackets are only a few of the things that happened to our brand new vehicle.

Overall pleased with all. Meagan, the lady we worked with on purchasing our vehicle, was awesome, she is so friendly and made it easy for us. Big smile to her and you all.
