The owners are working hard to clean up the property, remove trash, and make repairs to create a better and safer environment for guests and the community. While the property may not be in the greatest shape currently, the new management is dedicated to addressing any issues and enhancing the overall experience.

Owner of the place is awesome very chill also not in the greastest shape BUT they are trying there best to make this place better! It just looks bad because old residents trashed the place and made it look bad before they left.

Just want to say this place has recently been bought and there is new management also. We are working on fixing any issues this place has inside and out hoping to make this a better and safer place for guests and the community. Please be patient as it does take time 😁
