They gave me quote on removal for kne price. Going to pay and get it started. They raised the price. Then the new year,they added on am dztea 40$. Paid that. Then a month later they call saying the payment didn't go through. Then the rudeness started. No questikns as to what happened. If there was a glitch or anything.just another call demanding more money,late fees and such. Boils down to being treated rude,amd having to pay almost 200 dollars for 4 months of trash.I'd suggest to go elsewhere.its not worth it.

The trash pick guys take my can and throw it down on the ground instead of respectfully standing it up on the surface. Your are taking the trash can off the conveyor that just totally rude I saw it happen on my ring doorbell.This is very disrespectful. This happened several times this is how customers get treated ?

Utilized Nissley Disposal for years. Throughout that time, the garbage truck has failed to pickup our trash which is supposed to be removed every Monday. A few payments were always paid prior to the pickup date.When calling the office, the gal answering phones often presented with an attitude and rude remarks, excuses were always given with no attempt to remedy the situation. After roughly 9 years of using their service, I advised the office that I would be utilizing one of their competitors instead. No attempts were made to try and retain me as a customer.Save yourself the hassle of missed pickups and having a pile of trash bags. Use a service that actually follows a schedule and performs the service that you pay for.Service: Trash removal & disposal

We had Nissleys for 7 years, I absolutely loved them until recently. We went through financial struggle so when it was time to pay for our bill (which would of covered from August til December, we couldn't at that time. This was in August, so today, which is December we called to renew our service because we had the funds to do so, they said it would be $252 to turn our service back on, remind you it was only $117 for our quarterly bill. When I asked why it was that amount the lady told me that it's because we owe for last quarter and then this quarter was just billed. Remind you we never got our trash picked up from August to December, which is fine because we didn't pay the bill. But they were going to make us pay for the last 4 months plus next four months. I am very disappointed and felt they were wrong for that. We didn't receive services during the time they were trying to charge us for and told me it wasn't their fault we couldn't pay and we still needed to pay them even thought we didnt receive services during the time. Great people to work with, have had service with them for years, never had any issues. We left Waste Management years ago due to poor service, sky high prices, and contracts. This is a company that cares about the people in their community and is here to serve them the best they can. We try to use them as often as possible. More people and businesses need to model their structure, they are terrific.

What a useful sevice, Love the way they can take our trash without any hassel. The other thing is, I wish they didn't have a 5 Garbage Bag limit so we can get out trash out earlier.
