Call before wasting your time on picking up medication as the entire pharmacy closes for lunch for some reason. Expect a good half hour wait in line when they all come back from lunch at 2.

I had the worst experience of my life when I went into the Pharmacy to pickup a prescription for my elderly mother pls note she was waiting in the car I was greeted by Kaitlyn who told me she didn’t receive it from the other Pharm this was the start of my horrible experience with this Pharmacy they made me wait over hour and a half maybe longer. Kaitlyn and her coworker Nida with the dark curly hair yelled at me when I asked what was going on it was so humiliating and so unprofessional I have never been treated with such disrespect. I read other complaints about this pharmacy and I agree they are unprofessional,disorganized, have issues with there computer system and they have people wait too long without telling them why and dont seem to have any empathy or caring for their customers. I also overheard the Pharmacy technician's talk about my mother info which I feel is a HIPAA violation. I went up to the window and told them I can hear everything your saying what’s going on with my moms prescription they where not truthful they said another 15 minutes well that’s what I was told and hour ago. I will never shop at this store or use this Pharmacy again. They lack professionalism and common courtesy. I waited for this prescription because it’s vital to my moms care as she has a virus and needed the prescription so badly when I got to the car my mom was crying from waiting so long. Avoid this place they are better options elsewhere.

My husband and I love our Walgreens pharmacy, the Head pharmacist, along with the other employees who work in the pharmacy are very helpful and informative about our scripts. And if there ever is a problem with our insurance not paying, they bust their ass to get to the bottom of it..

Tonya who was working the photo desk was upset from the moment I rang the photo desk bell.
I get to the counter and no one’s working. I wait and wait. Finally saw they had a call button so I pushed. Eventually Tonya walks up as if I’m inconveniencing her and shut the bell off. Huffy puffy says what do I want?
So rude. I say I have 2 orders ready for pickup. She finds one and because she can’t find the other starts slamming the bins around. I said I had the confirmation numbers if that helps at all. She proceeds to continually get more agitated and upset. FINALLY finds the 2nd order and tossed it on the counter.
I wanted to check the order before paying. And somehow that upset her more to which she made awful facial expressions.
TONYA, I highly suggest if you’ve been working since 2000 like your name badge says.and don’t like it. Please leave. Your customer service skills needs some work!

Yesterday I picked up a posted board from the photo desk, a poster board that is advertised to have a stand to support it. While kindly asking for the stand before check out, the 3 ladies working (with the exception of the badly bleached-blonde haired elderly cashier) were kindly helping me locate it. None of them knew were it was. When I offered to come back later and check if they found it, she insisted I stayed because the “manager” would be right back and he should know. I waited, again- I was not upset whatsoever, they didn’t know where the product was located and that was okay with me. The manager (didn’t catch his name.) puffed in, stormed in the back and started exclaiming they didn’t have those, the 11x14 didn’t come with those, he’s been here 19 years (as if working at Walgreens for that period of time is something to brag about) and had no clue what they were… at this point I was over it, I advised the advertisement on THE WEBSITE CLEARY shows the stand included… he then proceeded to ask me “Are you okay?” As if I was being unreasonable hahah.. I said yes, and then after a few more immature remarks from him (under his breath, because was a real tough guy) he finds me the stand, wow!!! I walk to the front for check out, and of course he runs up to check me out, I asked if he was the manager and then confronted him on his poor, extremely rude behavior- he ended up apologizing for the “misunderstanding”. This store has always been known for their awful, rude workers but coming from a manager who also deals with prescriptions, this is unsettling. I understand everyone has bad days, and hopefully this 40+ man learns from his poor behavior.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Had Dr call in script renewal and when I went to pick it up they didn't have any record of it...told the pharm tech the story and she called my Dr a liar...sad thing is it's not the first time...staff is very rude, not just one but all...

Computers are always down, and one member of the staff was extremely rude ! I went for a scheduled vaccination and they had no idea why I was there. And made me feel like it was all my fault and an inconvenience that I stepped into their store….needless to say I’ll be going to Rite Aid.

I purchased a $150.00 Amazon gift card and found out that the card was already used please watch out when you buy gift cards from Walgreens in Sturgis Michigan note I use my SSI money to get it and they say that there’s nothing they can do about it also Amazon is saying that they can’t do nothing about it either So basically I’m out of $150.00 For Christmas
