My favorite brewery. The beer, the food, the music are all consistently excellent. But it's the awesome, happy staff and the gorgeous outdoor seating area carved out of the forest that make Hot Lop so special. We drive 90 minutes just to go there.

Such a fun place with great food and drinks! It was fun to sit in an igloo and be under the trees and stars. The beef brisket nachos are amazing!
