Our experience with Roger and Heather could not have been better. They helped us not only sell our home but buy our new one as well. They came up with a schedule for each step for both properties and when problems occurred they worked diligently for solutions to get everything back on track. I can not imagine having done this without them. Always friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to work with them. Tim and his team did an excellent job in guiding us through the estate sale of our family property in Leelanau County in the Summer/Fall of 2024. The transaction posed several challenges: regulatory hurdles, on-going deeded land use negotiations, residual tension among extended family members and a series of last-minute plumbing complications. Throughout the onerous process, Tim and Melanie were responsive, calm, knowledgeable and highly professional.
Tim and his team’s decades of experience and deep understanding (and love!) of the area were on full display and always very reassuring. I would strongly recommend him and his team and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Schaub Team was a pleasure to work with for our recent home purchase. We were relocating from out of state, and were able to set up a search profile with Tim and Melanie prior to our actual move, which gave us a realistic feel for the current market in our intended destination. Despite having our home search during a market low period, Tim and Melanie kept in touch with us and worked with us to find a property that not only fit our needs, but exceeded our expectations!
