“Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable employees. The garden department had wide variety of HEALTHY plants beautiful plants. Some may not feel the same, but its a little unsettling when i enter a garden department at any store and see sickly, dead or dying plants caused by neglect and/or blissful ignorance. Then get a shrug of the shoulders and "we get credit or reimbursement" when inquiring the reason for the dead?. however this location(haven't been to any others yet)were well cared for?.I was asked in all 3 departments I visited, if I needed assistance finding anything.”

“Had a price discrepancy at the North Flint location that the customer service desk could not resolve. so I called the Store Director. She never apologized, offered to do anything, and has never called me back. Proper customer service is absent in today's business world. And upper management is puzzled as to why some folks can't operate or lead a store.”
