“Monica is wonderful.. if you are ever in need of any beads or want to make an item this is the place. They are very helpful and have an excellent selection of items.”
“had the best customer service experience of my life today at this store. a week ago, my daughter bought the wrong color stain for my deck it was tan not dark brown. I went their with receipt. Justin told me they couldn't exchange or refund but he did give me three new gallons at no charge. this was an amazing level of service!”

“Recommended by the stained glass instructor at the Factory Two maker's space in Flint. They have a large selection of glass available, tools, completed projects for sale and offer classes. Definitely will be returning.”
