lived here from 7/2023 to 7/2024. Early on management was a big problem and would never respond to any calls/messages/emails. Maintenance is a chronic problem with slow responses and fixes. Current management isnt much different. If you are looking for a good place around flint/gb area, i would suggest looking in Grand Blanc and some areas in flint, but probably avoid this. At the end of the lease they charge me over $2000 for one months rent and don't seem to want to fix the error. Would not recommend this place to anyone since you can find plenty better in other nearby locations.

Elizabeth is an absolute treasure. She has made the process of getting into one of Atlas apartments smooth. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and extremely kind. The Atlas apartments are beautiful, clean, places to live. Highly recommend.

Second time calling about my A/C since the fall, writing this in March. It is currently 81 degrees in my apartment and maintenance will not come and turn the A/C back on as you can only have the furnace or A/C at one time. In the fall I was told they would be installing some sort of valve so you could use heat or A/C as you please. Seems like I was lied to about that as nothing has been fixed and doesn’t sound like they plan on even doing that. It being over 80 degrees in my apartment isn’t worth an “ On call visit”. For the amount of rent I pay every month I should atleast be comfortable in my apartment.
Update:
A month later and two maintenance visits and I am still having the same problem. A/C set at 71 degrees all day while I’m at work and I come home to my apartment being 80 once again, not to mention the fact that the unit is continuing to run once it reaches my set temp. They told me my lines were freezing up because I was leaving it on over night and it was too cold outside so I’ve turned it off at night and back on in the morning and the problem persists. Definitely seems like there is something wrong with the unit but they won’t actually try to fix it.

So far so good! The leasing agent Elizabeth was super nice and really helpful in our time of stress after selling our home. The apartment is big enough for our family and the area is pretty clean and quiet:)

Recently just moved in but any concerns and problems the office and maintenance was right on it & they also get back with you very fast.

Elizabeth is GREAT. I moved here from TN and she helped me from the time I began searching for a home to the time I got to MI. She worked with me with different floor plans and was very easy to speak with. When calling the office If I leave a voicemail she gets back in a timely manner and helps resolve any issue I have. Mainteance has been outstanding with responding to my requests and also is very friendly and welcoming when coming in. I have lived here about 4 months now my building is pretty much quiet and I love it. The yards are kept really nice and clean and it has been a very safe place to live and call home.

Leasing office is constantly closed because Elizabeth doesn’t stay at work and nobody else works in the office with her besides maintenance.EDIT;**The first response posted to call is hilarious, called. Nobody answered.**Atlas North changed their review after trying to look up to see who I am - you see my point. BEWARE!

The leasing office is always closed and the manager Elizabeth is only helpful until you sign your lease. She asks for reviews so half of these nice ones aren’t even real - or they just moved in. You people just wait.

Elizabeth, the office manager is outstanding. She walked me through every step of my first time renting. She is so knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind.Also Dan, the maintenance supervisor, was prompt and professional when fixing an issue. The complex is well kept and quiet. I would recommend to families and retirees.

The community is general calm and non-disruptive. Location is safe and generally clean. The leasing office staff is also very kind and understanding, and was able to work with me when I had an issue paying rent once. The outdoor grills and the physical fitness center are great. Only down side is some recent issues with maintenance being a bit behind (beyond their direct control and it applies to everyone) and the perfume diffusers their have in their buildings which cause me to have allergic reactions (hopefully this will be resolved soon).
