“My teenager had driver's side vehicle damage on his 17 year old Impala, after a recent ice storm. The owner Steve seemed like a straight up guy, and his pricing was very fair. Considering the age of the vehicle, he helped us keep the cost manageable, and his shop did fantastic work. This shop has been around for a very long time, so they are quite knowledgeable and experienced. They were also working on several higher end vehicles, so it's apparent that they are trusted. “Where do I start? This place is the absolute BEST! Not only because I was going through a HUGE loss of loosing my father. Once I took my jeep in to drop it off, another blow hit me with the loss of my younger sister. BOTH Dan & Robbie were so sympathetic with my situation that my jeep was furthest of my worries! They both definitely eased my mind and dealt with EVERYTHING pertaining to my insurance company as my insurance was trying to file 3-separate claims. Deductible x 3!! In which was BS! I'm grateful for them keeping me informed every step of the way. My husband & I both have used this company 3-other times and they have ALWAYS gave us the ABSOLUTE BEST customer care hands down. I was grateful to get a loaner car since I don't have that on my insurance policy, Also, when they called to say my jeep was ready, I had way to much going on to go that day. Both Robbie & Dan knew what I was going through and expressed their condolences and for me to come when it was convenient for me. That says a lot about this company and about both Dan & Robbie as a person. I appreciate everything they did for me and the worry free transaction with both myself & my insurance company. “The first snow last November a driver not paying attention went spinning down Dixie Hwy & slammed into the passenger side of my Encore. Gerber did an awesome job on the repair, the front office staff were professional, friendly & kept me updated, I didn't have to call them once. On pick up the GM did a walk around the vehicle with me & explained what was done, he was very helpful. Nobody wants to have to go to the body shop, Gerber made it easier to deal with.”
