Hands down the WORST experience I've ever had with a business . I own a commercial building in Owosso, which i am selling , the front window developed a crack that needed to be fixed as per the purchase agreement. I called Epic Glass to get an estimate, their price was fair, so, I paid in full for the work to be done, which they told me was about 2 weeks for special order. I had no issues with that since the closing on the building was 3 weeks out. A week and a half passed and I inquired about progress and was told that they couldn't do as promised and the window needed to be 2 pieces not one, and it would be $450 more, I agreed and paid it. 2 more weeks passed and no word. So I called again, now my closing is on hold because the window is not installed. I was told that they were gonna install it on monday but that was a lie, because that monday was labor day, and Mondays are the only day the business is closed, so they told me the next Monday at 10 am . On that morning, I received a call saying they wont be able to install it due to a worker injury, and rescheduled for Wednesday early, before the store opened. That did not happen and now my closing is 3 weeks past date. I then called only to get a very rude interaction with Jamie, and that she is over it and wants nothing more to do with it, I said I want my money back and was told , they do not refund money, I am now going to my lawyer and will deal with this in court, I would advise staying far away from this company and hopefully saving yourself a huge inconvenience. Their website says 100% customer satisfaction, oh now that's, another lie, I've never been treated worse for something I was paying for. Truly, one star is too many

We had an excellent experience with Epic Glass Service! They replaced broken window panes in our basement and the result is beautiful. They are an amazing business to work with; they went above and beyond with their kindness and professionalism. It is definitely not just a job for them-they truly care about the people they work with.

Not sure where to begin. Went here to support a local business.
Ask about getting 9 shelves sanded down and order a new large piece of glass. All seemed well
Dropped of the glass and paid for everything
Then get a text saying Jamie could not do what he had told me he could and an attached was a quote for new shelves.
I ended up talking to Jamie and he seemed very confused and didn’t understand what needed to be done. The exact measurements were written on each of the two wrapped shelf bundles
He wanted to blame the carpenter doing the job saying he didn’t know how to read a tape measurer.
I got him in contact with carpenter and all seemed well again.
When I went to pick them up the store was closed and dark. It was supposed to be open according to the hours on this site. I texted Jamie and he had his brother come unlock the shop.
I was let in to get my shelves and carry them out to the car down snow and ice covered steps and side walk.
I get home and the shelves are all covered in glass dust and none of them even fit. I tried moving them to different locations but nope nothing fit also neither stack was labeled what measurements they were. They all started out with 90 degree corners. Now none are square and none sanded even close to what they were supposed to be.
I called Jamie. All I got out of him was he “sanded for hours” and that he used some small hand held sander with 80 grit paper
He offered to call and see if a larger shop could fix them and do it right said he would call me back three days later and not a word from Jamie
This place is a total joke. Not sure if it’s even a real glass shop as I never saw anything but a stained glass place and never even had in person contact with anyone from “Epic Glass”
Don’t recommend this shop for anything
Not sure what Jamie was thinking when he sent the reply posted in the photo section
1st I paid for the job I did not have completed as promised, and got back shelves that were unusable.
2nd The dimensions were written on the two separate sets of shelves and given to Jamie via a phone call by the carpenter. But if Jamie had been at his place of business when the shelves were delivered he could have been told then too.
3rd I came to the store when it was supposed to be open as posted on this very site.
So I change my review to DO NOT use this unprofessional pseudo glass shop.

Put my job off over and over and over. Lots of excuses (not the right tools, don't have lumber, doing another big job, etc.). I paid for materials up front but order wasn't complete and no proof offered of what and when things were ordered. No follow up, no communication. After 5 months the 5 hours of work that was done left my windows casings exposed all summer long. They said their hands were tied because of parts not coming in but I still have two doors in the garage that never got installed. After six months I gave up. No offer to make things right, just a statement that there are no refunds (which was not on invoice but in the email that had the invoice attached. Bad experience.

Jamie, the owner of Epic Glass Service in Swartz Creek, Michigan, did a terrific job replacing all of the screens on our enclosed patio. His work is professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business and would use them again with complete confidence.

They were timely, professional, friendly, and very hard workers. The windows they put in have made a world of difference in my home! I was so impressed with how quickly they returned to do the job after the initial quote. The work was quality and everyone we have worked with has been so friendly and helpful. If you are needing any type of glass work this is the company to call.

Epic glass service and the Stallings family is a 5 star family owned business. The workmanship of Jaime and his son is beautiful with great attention to detail. The customer service from Lori and the families willingness to get the job done right shows they truly care about their workmanship and customers satisfaction. The Stallings family truly love what they do and their knowledge and knowhow of glass installation is by far better than any other specialized person we have ever encountered. Best part is they stand behind their craftsmanship and will answer any questions, fix any issue (even those that were not of fault of them), and come at a great price. I’ll end with a quote from a friend, Wow, your sauna/shower combo is gorgeous, the glass truly makes the space a finished piece of art. Thank you epic glass service.
