Upside- out of the many companies I called, they were the quickest company that could do my land survey.Downside- they were 6 days longer than the initial date that was given to complete the survey. I began calling a couple days after the guaranteed date and was told “the field work is all set, just waiting for the boss to finalize the lot description. Should be later today or tomorrow” This went on for four more days.All in all fair service for a fair price, just wish they were honest on the time.
