This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. The people are so efficient and knowledgeable. Everyone that works in the pharmacy is so nice.

I commend this pharmacy and their staff. They are so very helpful. Tony is top notch and so is Dan. I’ve been dealing with a very frustrating issue with a prescription and Tony has went above and beyond for me.

Horrible experience that prompted me to spend 30 minutes filing a complaint on the phone. Customer service was absolutely awful. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was saddened to read these horrible reviews. My family has used Kroger pharmacy for years (since the store opened) and have always been taken care of and treated well.Jennifer, Tony and Don have always been great. I just had an issue with one of my meds and Tony took care of it immediately. When the Dr's office messed up Kroger fixed it.Greatly appreciate the pharmacy and the staff.

I have shopped in this Kroger for years but the attitude and rudeness of the employees has gotten to the point that I avoid this place. Before we would spend $250 weekly on groceries here. Now we spend less than $100 per month here.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. I have submitted refills and it takes days for them to fill it. They are absolutely garbage

I love Kroger's, but the pharmacy is really slow & has been taking up to 2 day to get your prescription. They have been counting them as people are showing up, & they never have enough lanes open.

Worst customer service and pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. My 82yr old mother didn’t have the money to pay for her prescription $3.86, I live about an hour away, so I called the pharmacy and asked if I could give my card information to them over the phone to pay for it for her. the girl in the pharmacy said “yes, that was fine” so I gave her my card information, and said “ok, so it’s all paid now and she can come and pick it up?” Shes said “yes, it’s all set” my mom arrives the next day to get it only to be told, it’s not paid and they don’t know anything about someone calling to pay for it. They called the employee to find out who took my payment and the girl said “she thought I meant my mom was bringing my card” WHAT!?!? why would I give you my card information over the phone if I was giving her my card to bring up there?!?!?! …so stupid!! Don’t get your medicines from here, I wouldn’t trust their ability to even fill it correctly. I told my mom to have her scripts called in somewhere else.

these guys are an A1 team I have been going there for a few years. rite aid would take 4 to 5 hours to get your meds. I have never waited more than 20 minutes and a bad day. very nice people I will not go anywhere else. and they are way out of my way. I live in flint and drive out to swartz creek because they get it right each time

Every single time i have had to get a script filled they dont have it ready when i scheduled it for pick up. 4 days later still not ready. First time i picked it up one of the pharmacy techs questoned how i was going to pay for it which wasn't his business. After he found out i have a healthy hsa he felt it nessary to tell the staff "hes good for" like hes a coke dealer.Honestly not comfortable going here anymore and will be using a different pharmacy moving forward. If you want fast service...go somewhere else.

The worst pharmacy I've ever used! But it's not the employee's fault. To me it seems to be a corporate issue. They're understaffed and probably underpaid. Your prescription is NEVER ready when you go to pick it up. You could of had it called in 2 days prior. I honestly think that a prescription isn't filled until you show up to pick it up. They need to pay some overtime and let the staff work after hours to get caught up.

The pharmacist and staff are nice. But the point of going to the pharmacy is to get prescriptions filled. I can't remember the last time I had one filled in a timely manner, I'm often running out because I'm waiting for the script to be filled. And, don't bother making an appointment for a vaccine because they will turn you away at your appointment time if they are busy.Edit: since the last review, I watched them give vaccines when they were busier than when they turn me away from my appointment for that reason.Today they lost me as a customer. This Kroger Pharmacy is everything you don't want from a pharmacy:Doesn't honor appointments they made.Odds of getting a prescription filled in a timely manner is almost nil, be prepared to run out because Kroger pharmacy hasn't gotten around to it.And today, minor but the straw that broke the camel's back, I arrived as they were counting the last prescription, expected fill date a week ago, when they filled and checked out a customer 4-5 behind me in line.

I'd like to just share my Kroger experience. Did online pickup because I have no self control when I shop so at least I can get what we need online and just save money that way The man who brought the groceries to my car was DRIPPING sweat, literally completely dripping from his nose, chin and I'm sure he felt miserable. I asked him if he was okay. He said "I'm hanging in there, we don't have any A/C in the back room where I work". Completely shocked, my mouth just dropped. He proceeded to tell me that his manager forces them to bring in their own water and are able to "peek" their heads into the freezer aisle by the ice cream if they can't handle the heat. He indicates he's been working here for several months and they have never had A/C. It's 91 degrees outside, and I'm positive it's way hotter inside that building with no air flow. I asked for his union number as well as called Kroger customer support to report this information. I've been assured this is being looked into, and that this is the only store that apparently doesn't provide A/C to their employees who do pickup groceries. Swartz Creek Kroger on Miller rd, you should be absolutely ashamed.
