In town visiting family and stopped in the get a couple of Sanders Bumpy Cakes since we don't have them in Oklahoma. Clean store and found what we wanted (and then some! 😆).

I don't know who answered my call to the lost and found, but she was extremely polite!! it's 8:50 AM on June 19 my son left some pink lemonade and salami there last night after purchase so i had to call this morning, thank you so kindly for your help madam, your the kind of people Kroger needs ✌🏻❤️

With the exception of ONE check out person, the hourly workers are great !!! The new decisions from management are both laughable and frustrating---- ONE person at the meat counter is stocking shelves 100 feet away , so we wait and wait--- ( not his / her fault )the New sign in bold letters say's Meat and Seafood----but there is no meat ----All seafood uuuugggggghhhhhhhh

First time at this Kroger's.. Lisa at the Customer Service Desk was very pleasant but the Store Manager on this day (7/27/2024) was quite rude.
I will revisit and if this Manager is rude again then I will report him to Corporate Office. It's NEVER ok to be rude to a Customer especially if you're a Manager. Unacceptable!
Maybe he was just having an off day. We all do sometimes so I'll let this go.

Kroger Bakery and Deli people in Swartz Creek were fantastic! The website was wrong.
I pre-ordered food for a bridal shower. The bakery called to let me know they no longer offer the minicookie platter. I went in to see my other options. The young lady working there was delightful and helpful! She went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. (She mentioned she was new to Kroger. I hope they treat her well and hold onto her.)
The gentlemen in the deli were very friendly when I picked up my sandwiches and fruit. One of them told me he assembled the chicken salad croissants, and it was his first time doing so. He had every reason to be proud; they looked good and tasted better.
They only mistake is I believe I received whipped frosting instead of yogurt dip. (There was no "tang" to it.) No one complained, and I feel the amazing attitude of the staff more than compensated for any minor error.
Thank you, Kroger Deli and Bakery staff, for an unexpected pleasant experience.

I got the worst customer service from the self checkout service lady today. I went to pay for my orders with 3 different cards and when I got to my EBT it refused to take it and the lady says there nothing I can do with a attitude and then she must of got a service manager and then she was getting a attitude and basically took care of it. The self checkout lady said this is what wrong with it and the manager said yeah I know. It basically was the worst customer service I ever dealt with. If I had my way they wouldn't even get a 1 star.

We got some gas.. and sat in the parking lot cuz the ladies that I rode with had to have a smoke before we got on the road back home from the business trip we took to Troy, because there was no smoking ? in the rental car
