“I love this post office. l love my regular mail lady. I can always tell when theres a sub. Last time they skipped a bunch of houses (mine included). Ended up calling the branch and a very nice lady apologized profusely and let me know what happened. Its not the post offices fault, it was the subs fault.”

“The gentleman behind the counter was great! I had a package coming from Amazon that was supposed to have been delivered to my house today. When I checked on the status, it said the package was being held at the post office awaiting my pickup, per my request. I never requested for my package to be held.
I went to the post office to pick up my package, but it was not there. Even the P.O.'s system said the package was there, but, alas, it was not. The gentleman then got on the phone and tracked down the carrier to see what had happened. I left, having been told that the package would be there at the P.O. the following morning. A few hours later, I received notification that the package had now been delivered to my residence. Apparently, the gentleman got hold of the carrier and had them deliver today, as it was originally scheduled.
This gentleman went out of his way, understood and appreciated my frustration, and made things right.

“A small, easy-to-access post office with a lot of parking available. They have a ton of P.O. boxes and a good selection of stamps, boxes, and cards inside. The biggest downside right now is that they are very clearly understaffed, so there is a little bit of wait at the busy times (lunch, etc).”
“Dropped off my packages there after having repeated issues with a neighboring post office. The clerk was very nice and the lady standing next to her was apparently the post master. As my packages were being scanned I asked a few questions about packaging scanning and drop off deadlines . The post master who was working on something else over heard and took interest in my issue . Got the details and was going to call the other office on my behalf. Great service. Great caring. “I want to shout out Rosa, an employee at the Post office on Atherton Rd in Flint.We received a package today that was not ours. My roommate had ordered something but the shipping label fell off her package and got stuck to this package... so it was delivered to us.I took the package to the post office and the label for my roommate's. Rosa was awesome and found her package label-less in the back.She was extremely kind and incredible the whole time. Thank you Rosa!”

I went to get my passport and was having some confusion regarding the paperwork, but Anna (the amazing staff member) was so very understanding and helped me so much!”

“I do not live here, but I had sent an order to this town and the tracking was messed up. After submitting a request to find my package online, I received a call 1 hour later from a lady that works here. She had found my package and was so kind and helpful on the phone. I rarely experience such kindness from USPS workers and she completely changed my view of USPS as a whole!”
