When I went to my unit it was nice and clean with a brand new lock in there. I used my own but it is still a nice lock and great benefit.

“We've never had an issue. The people who own and work here are great. Our unit has been secure since moving our stuff in. A great piece of advice I can give as a retired sheriff . Don't tell anyone you are using a strange unit or the number of the unit or where it's at. People talk and your info may end up going into someone else's ears. We tell no one. Only bee safe the Lord and us know about our unit. Just a piece of advice. We love the place give it a chance.”

“This is my first time needing a storage unit, so I was more than happy to have such an amazing customer service agent, Jennifer was her name. She was more than helpful and made sure I understood the entire process and contract as well as looked at a couple other locations to make sure I was in the best fit. It was an easy process to access the gated location. They offer online deals, and it’s month to month with the option of insurance through them which is reasonable. Their prices are reasonable compared to other places in the area. I wish they offered a referral program, and now after going to my unit, I am aware of what the sizes look like in person. The unit was a little dusty but no bugs or anything inside. I plan to put something to keep away bugs from items just to be on the safe side. And may call them back to see how much it would cost to upgrade to the next size up. I will update my review after I see if that is an option.”
