She has been so good to me for more than 20 years but had a bad rust problem. But now, as seen on cartoons of vehicles strutting from the left wheel to the right, she is strutting too! She looks good, sounds good, drives good and gets compliments when we are out and about. Her personality is back. All this, thanks to Carlos and his expertise. I've been to and called lots of shops including going to the dealer. And they all insisted that no amount of welding or anything else could fit the problem and that it was totally unsafe to drive. Not only did Carlos fix my trucks frame, he did it with precision. If you love your baby(vehicle) like I do, don't give up on it. Call and inquire at Custom Concept Collision. I had been to two elsewheres to get an estimate for some work that I needed done, but Kevin at Petrusha's was amazing. He fixed the problem and charged100's of dollars less than anyone else had estimated. When I got back in my car after the work was done I cried with relief and had to sit there for several minutes so I could see to drive - a dangerous situation was fixed and I didn't have to sell my firstborn to do it.”

“First let me say I will never go to anyone else! Monro Auto & Body will always be my go to for anything concerning my cars! First they hooked me up with a great tow company because I couldn’t drive mine with a gas leak. They called me with a diagnosis of having to replace fuel pump. Meaning they would have to drop the gas tank to replace it. Once they replaced it and put the gas tank back up they tested it out only to find it still leaking. After putting a camera scope through, they discovered a hose also needed replaced that was hard for them to see. After calling a dealer for the hose, it would have been $1200 my cost just for the hose, on top of the price already quoted to me! The dealer didn’t care at all about the customer! But I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Moe! He refused to charge me that much for a hose. He called 8 different junk yards and found one that was 1 and a half hours away!!! They got it and installed it and my car is running like a dream now!! Moe definitely did not have to do what he did and this shows what a wonderful person he is and he truly cares about his customers! He could have easily charged me that extra $1200 plus more just for the inconvenience of having to drop the gas tank twice! But he explained to me that even if it’s frustrating for them, it’s not the customers fault so why should they have to pay for it!? He is awesome and amazing, everyone at Monro is outstanding and the work they do is exceptional and done with care. They really do care about you and not overcharging! Just like Moe told me, he always strives to be a good human being who can go to sleep at night feeling good about how his customers are treated and that’s so hard to find now a days. Thank you so much Moe and everyone at Monro Auto & Body!!!”

“I'm totally satisfied with the work Parmley's did on my Audi.A few years ago they fixed some minor damage to the roof & trunk lid (I drove into the garage with bikes on the roof rack...)They did a good job with the initial repair but after some time two things happened: I moved from B'ham to Ypsi, and the clear coat on the repaired areas started to peel.After brief communication, Parmley's owner told me that it was his problem, not mine. They transported the car from Ypsi to B'ham, re-painted, and delivered the car back to Ypsi. All done at no charge.As I look at it, the painter who did the original job was having a bad day when he prepped & painted my car. That happens to everyone.The important part is that Parmley's, with absolutely no pressure from me, immediately corrected the problem.”
