“Best place I've taken my car to. Hit a deer. Car was done before estimated date, looked perfect, customer service is spectacular, Fred in particular. Was updated regularly through the whole process. Great that there was so little paperwork and was able to submit documents by email as it's hard for me to answer the phone between 9-5. Wasn't expecting a super convenient and easy process since this was an insurance claim but it was. Highly recommend. 👍”

“I AM ON THE ROAD AGAIN!!! Carlos, Steve and Isaac, what a great team! To think that I almost junked my truck, who is a girl. She has been so good to me for more than 20 years but had a bad rust problem. But now, as seen on cartoons of vehicles strutting from the left wheel to the right, she is strutting too! She looks good, sounds good, drives good and gets compliments when we are out and about. Her personality is back. All this, thanks to Carlos and his expertise. I've been to and called lots of shops including going to the dealer. And they all insisted that no amount of welding or anything else could fit the problem and that it was totally unsafe to drive. Not only did Carlos fix my trucks frame, he did it with precision. If you love your baby(vehicle) like I do, don't give up on it. Call and inquire at Custom Concept Collision. If it can be fixed, it will be fixed there.”

“I had a great experience at Cole St. Collision. They were able to get the job done for half the price and in a single day compared to the 4-5 days quoted by other shops. For the ladies out there, would recommend this shop. Didn't feel like I needed to bring my dad with me for back up! They were honest and straightforward.”

I would highly recommend them to anyone!!”

“I had some accident damage to my truck. The staff at GEB Collision were very friendly and knowledgeable, helping to coordinate with my insurance company along the way. They were thorough with their initial assessment, giving me a 3-4 week time estimate. They finished it within the 3 weeks and the work was amazing, including a seemless paint blend. You cannot even tell I was in an accident! Thank you for the amazing work, I would recommend their services if you ever need collision damage repairs.”

“I wish I could express more of my gratitude to everyone at Clarkston Auto Body, especially Bob and Matt! Needed a new tailgate for my truck, a relatively small job, with not a lot of profit margin for the company. The amount of time and effort Bob and Matt put into my job was remarkable. Bob was able to track down a custom/rare decal for the job, while Matt did everything he could to get me the best deal on the tailgate. It is so rare to find a company that will put this much effort into making their customers satisfied. I pray I don’t need to use them again, but if I need the work, they are the only company getting my business. They deserve all my gratitude. Thank you all again!”

“I had a unique and unfortunate set of circumstances which required AutoMark to repair my vehicle across two separate claims and insurance companies. While the repair time was longer than I’d hoped, working with Jake and the entire AutoMark collision team was great! Jake was a phenomenal communicator ensuring I was abreast of the repair process and each completed milestone. AutoMark repaired the shoddy work of another shop in Royal Oak and showed me what quality workmanship and stellar customer service should look like. While needing vehicle repair is never something I look forward to, I now know not to look anywhere other than AutoMark Farmington Hills should I find myself needing collision repair services again.”

“I had already determined the probable reason(s) for the engine code. I explained to the Service Center what was going on and the Special Bulletin it was covered under. They found another open recall and completed both fixes the same day. It was a good experience and they did the work requested very fast. I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket.”

“Unless your vehicle is still under warranty don't ever take your car to the dealership for diff issues. Learn from my costly mistake. The guys at Ring and Pinion got my truck done in one day for a reasonable price and so far it's working like brand new. In my book that's about all you can ask for. Well done R&P Shop.”

“I’m literally standing in the waiting area and I had to write a review now because I’m just amazed at how awesome they are here. Sooooo fast and kind and helpful. I’m going to recommend them to everyone. We came for one tire on another car, it was done and back in my car before I could even finish a coffee. And then we noticed another tire was low on the car we brought. So they grabbed it and are fixing it now.”

They took on the challenge and were honest and helpful through the whole thing. They even brought up insurance which I didnt think was an option for this issue but it was and saved me money in the long run. My top is now perfect and works wonderfully. They are truly helpful and knowledgeable guys. Thank you!”
