“This is the best Dollar Tree around. They always have every single item in stock!! I have worked in Retail since the age of 15. If you want a shopping experience with good service go here. I don’t have time to write reviews but I’m doing this because they deserve recognition. Located on the NORTHWEST corner of 12 & Greenfield NEXT to Wendy’s I drive past 2 dollar trees just to go here”
“Had to get a variety of stuff so I gave the local DG a shot Perfect! Got my bread, cheese, razor blade stripper, pizza cutter, Lysol cleaner, Brillo pads, paper plates and plastic ware. I love these stores. They don't always have everything I need, but I often kick out! Very nice cashier. Fast service. Absolutely will come here again!”
“My recent visit to Dollar General on 11 Mile Road in Southfield was fantastic! I initially came in looking for folders, but I stumbled upon some amazing grocery items as well. I was thrilled to find flavored coffee creamer that would have cost me three times as much at a traditional grocery store. The selection was great, and the prices were unbeatable! I'll definitely be returning for both my office supplies and groceries.”

“I drove almost an hour to this store to find what I was looking for. Asked a staff member (Pam) for what I was looking for-she had no luck. Asked another staff person (Rebecca) & she said “we have a bunch in the back”. Took the time to go dig out the box & got them for me! The customer service by these 2 associates is by far the BEST I have ever experienced! Rebecca actually lives near me, gave me her cell # & said if I ever can’t find something to reach out. If she has it she will personally drive me the order!!!!! If I could give this store a 100+ rating I absolutely would!!!!!!”
“We went to Dollar Tree to grab decorations for my daughter’s birthday party, and the trip couldn’t have gone smoother. The store was quiet and calm, which was exactly what I wanted while trying to find party supplies. We picked up unicorn-themed decorations, plates, napkins, balloons—you name it, they had it.
I even grabbed a $1.25 USB vacuum, which gave us a good laugh later when it barely had any suction power. But hey, for $1.25, what do you expect? ? Overall, it was a great trip, and I’d definitely recommend this Dollar Tree location. It’s bigger than most, and there’s a good variety of products to choose from.”

Unacceptable I may need to stop coming in. Customer service is very important. I was also rushed out of the store while it was completely empty. “They are always friendly and kind they don't over pack my bags the only thing I dont like are the poles on the carts sometimes I buy alot and need to take cart outside to my car get rid of poles I am 79 and have a bad knee”
“This place deserves 5 stars because I was in need of some snacks late at night right before they closed, which yes I’m sorry, and instead of them closing up early I was able to go and get what I wanted even though they were closing within 10 minutes and we need more of that in this world. Thank you to the lady who served me and didn’t close early she deserves a raise.

“$1 or rather $1.59/$1.29 stire. Wide variety of goods though, cards, school/office supplies,plastic and disposable plates, cleaning products,kitchen, cell phone accessories, nail and makeup supplies, balloons of all sizes, gift bags,candy,chips,lottery store too.”
“This door has a clean appearance to it.. Most Family Dollar stores are cluttered and Messy. I don't know the cashier's name but he was very friendly and polite.. He was there on monday may fifteenth around three p m. A very nice guy.”

“I've gone to this location since I was a child, I've always loved Dollar Tree ?? The store was a little messy on some aisles. I assume they were stocking up but there is only so many workers there so I'm not upset about it. Only pointing it out so customers won't fall with all the products on the floor. Other than that Dollar Tree has a lot more cool stuff now than before so it's great! ??”

“Friendly people work there, they are always available to help you and the line to check out is usually short.Store is clean, product is stocked and pulled to the front so, it looks full. I like coming here to get a few things. Personally I don't buy most of my groceries here because most of it is more expensive than other actual grocery stores”
“Every time I go into family dollar on ten mile near telegraph the cashier's are so nice especially the manager can't remember her name but she has the most beautiful eyes and a young lady name unity they are so nice to me you need more people like them in your stores that gives good quality service and actually care about the customer needs”
“Most improved award goes to this store. Thanks to more attentive management, there are no longer boxes of merchandise stacked in the aisles and the shelves are clean with merchandise better organized. Only two negatives for this location: 1) Store hours reduced due to lack of employees 2) roof leaks.”

“A bit larger than most so it has some items that you don't see at other stores. Nice people working there helped me find what I needed. I bought more than I expected. When the cashier started to get too many customers, she called for back up/help. She was very pleasant to talk to also. Thank you for a nice shopping exoerience”
“I like this Dollar store. Very convenient, it's next door to the Laundromat. I pop in and purchase anything I may have forgotten when doing laundry. Inflation has changed the prices for a lot of the items, which is fine. However, they are mixing in a lot of higher priced items with the regular $1.25 priced items and it makes things confusing. For instance I purchased mouthwash. There are some that are priced at $4.00 but are not clearly marked. They are the same size as the other items as well. I don't like surprises at the Register there has to be a better way to display things. And $4.00 for that size of mouthwash is insane when I can purchase more at Kroger's for the same price. Where is the savings there?”
“Went in for a cleaning supply for a quick cleanup job due to all the salt and mud from our lovely michigan weather and left spending less than 5 bucks and 10 mins!! can't beat that on a time crunch!!”

“EDIT 6.13.2020This store has drastically improved over the year. It's clean, stocked, and well-organized. The staff members are lovely people who seem happy to provide a great experience for the shopper.Navagated the isles of this store carefully as natural movement is restricted due to the floors being littered with garbage, large piles of clothing, and other retail items inefficiently stored in shopping carts. This irritation warranted some frustration but it wasn't until I stood alone at the checkout counter for a lengthy period of time did the full extent of incompetence come to light. Nutshell: the staff member who eventually arrived to cash me out posted up at a different register and stated, "I'm over here, guys," and proceeded to tend to customers that had been in line BEHIND me. I asked if someone would be coming to help me. He dismissed me so I asserted myself by insisting he take care of me after he finished with the rude person who knowingly cut the line. He offered no apology but casually went about his task. I was left with the impression that he was simply demonstrating his regular behavior on the job.I gave 2 stars only because they had my desired product in stock.”
