“Stopped by and shopped twice recently to look for various house plants and pots and this place is a hidden gem! It have a diverse selection and their staff really knows their stuff. Prices are on the higher end but fair for what I expected for a greenhouse like this. Definitely a go to for someone looking for a specific type of plant or more harder to find plants!”

“This garden store was amazingly beautiful. The rows of plants reached farther back then my group ventured, and everything was so lush--lots of happy plants. My family and I had stopped here just to burn some time before meeting others for dinner nearby, so I was mostly window-shopping. There is at least one cat, and he was very friendly. He seems to have a very comfy bed/perch near the gift shop. I'm dropping a star for the way the door into the gift shop closed unpredictably; my finger got closed in the frame, which really hurt. (I'm ok! But I don't know whether it was a fluke or something that actually happens more often than it should.)”

“I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Drew and Adam's wedding day at Planterra Conservatory. It was an early February wedding, but being inside you would have had no idea it was the middle of Michigan winter! It was warm, cozy, green, lush, all the things you dream about in a greenhouse wedding! The space is so thoughtfully laid out, and the staff was absolutely incredible from start to finish!”

“I bought two big potted inpatients for my very shaded porch and one is not doing well compared to the other. Both were watered on Friday and today, one is very wilty looking. The price was so much cheaper than English Gardens which thr same planter was priced at $52.99 So of course, Home Depot was way less expensive at $18.99. However, if one plant dies, well them it won't be quite as inexpensive.”

“I really want to give 3.5 stars, but I rounded it up. They have a lot of the same plants this place in Waterford has, but they charge twice the price. The guy there was helpful and he seemed very knowledgeable. However, he was a bit too helpful. It's almost like he didn't want to let my mom and I out of his sight. I didn't want to leave empty handed, so I grabbed a wild berry cone flower from outside the gate and was headed back in. Before I could even fully make it back into the entrance, here comes the guy headed in our direction. It just seemed a bit odd how we couldn't feel free to look around without him popping up all over the place.My rating is strictly based on their flower selection and high prices. Even though my mom also noticed that he was always present, I have no proof that he is prejudice.”

“Parking is plentiful, but access to the store can be tricky and confusing until you do it a few times. It's at the end of the east mall on top of a hill. Great selection of plants in the garden department, and the employees are super helpful and courteous. Appears to be a clean, well run facility.”

“Great customer service in this location!! Right when we walked in, we were attended to right away. We had an order pick up and return and it was a smooth and easy transaction. Lots of workers and we were asked a couple times if we needed help. Crowd wasn’t too much and we were in and out. The guy who helped us in self-checkout helped us out and even got a box for us. I recently learned from one of my customers that my political views and those had by home depot may not align. I am so confused? Is it ok to still get my materials from here? And what about those wiener stands?, is they're meat even kosher or vegan or bpa free and should I care? also i'm not sure why the relish glows in the dark but golly is it good!!Drywall cost has remained markedly stable and 2x4's are still slightly smaller than advertised!”

Now we are helping a friend fix their home. They don't always have every item we need, but the staff have helped me order what she needs. Gotta say, I really appreciate the advice. We found great flat ceiling lights- great! New sconces were perfect replacement of the broken ones, loads of light bulbs and lights for the can ceiling lamps. Got a two step aluminum ladder here- easy to move and carry. Thanks!!”
