“Drove a bit of a way out to come to this pharmacy as they were the only one in the area vaccinating for covid for my daughter's age group. The staff was very nice and helpful. In front of me in line was a family who did not speak English and I saw how helpful the staff was being in making sure they understood everything regarding vaccines and their insurance. My mom lives in the area and I have already encouraged her to go to them when she needs something. All in all it was a smooth process and definitely will be back :]”

One of the most remarkable aspects of Quality Care Pharmacy is the personalized care they provide. They not only know their patients but also take the time to learn about their families, offering a level of care that far exceeds that of the larger chain pharmacies.
Additionally, the building itself is impressive, with ample parking, including a ramp for wheelchair access and designated parking for disabled individuals—all provided at no cost.

“Jeff the pharmacist was the only pharmacist who listened to what I needed with my very ill cat. I have multiple cats with health problems and trans-dermal medications are one way to alleviate their suffering . Trying to get pills down a kitty 3-4 x's a day, just adds to the stress and their illness,making it miserable for owner and kitty. 5 pharmacists told me the RX I needed for Ollie could NOT be done- for various reasons- but Jeff figured a way to do it and was so empathetic with how tough it had been on me and my Ollie. CVS Pharmacy in Berkley gave me terrible customer service and repeatedly hung up on me multiple times before even speaking to me as I was trying to get my prescriptions refilled. “I had so many problems with Walgreens never ordering my prescription on time and never contacting me to say that my prescription would be 5 days late. This pharmacy has been an absolute blessing!
