“National storage facility is clean, safe and in good repair. When engaging staff/support personnel, they’re always professional, engaging, and responsive.
The only reason I gave 4-stars is because the cost was a bit high for a 5x10 unit.”

“The facility is modern and clean. It also was ideally located, conveniently close to where I moved from but also a straight shot from where I landed. Only issue was their 2-tier price schedule.
In the end, I didn’t move anything in here. Maybe they’re right and all the other storage on the street raises the price every 3 months— I sure hope not!”

“I always thought I could not afford a storage unit and although I wish I didn't need one (that's another story) I had to get some stuff out of my apartment before someone turned me into "Hoarders" ( you know the TV show?). Anyway, I found Affordable Storage and was surprised at the affordability. It's close to my apartment and the unit was clean (as far as outside storage units go). Cement floor, of course, and lockable door. That's all I needed. and expected. The gentleman who helped me, Bill I believe, but I could be way off (I'd better check this detail) was very friendly when I went in to sign up and they are always friendly when I call to make a payment. If this is what you need for a storage unit, this place meets the criteria and then some. And just FYI, no one is paying me or giving me anything to write this review. :-) Well, you never know!”
“I have not used their storage units, but I wanted to leave a good review for their company because they leave out water and dog treats for walkers and runners on the West Bloomfield Trail and I think that speaks a lot to the type of people who run this business!”
“Stored my travel trailer there for the summer. It was broken into at a different storage place so I like how Melmar storage has a separate code box and gate for the trailer, RVs and boats.”
“The storage units are reasonably priced, and the people are good and they have rental trucks available if you need one. The hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. for access 365 days a year. They also have climate controlled storage available should you need it . The only criticism I have about this place is that if you happen to walk inside after hours as I did one night without realizing that should be an issue oh, there is no gate code to enter from inside there is no way for a human being to leave the premises if they do not have a car to trigger the metal sensor to exit. While this happened to be very annoying to me one night, I didn't think it enough to still not give them five stars because they're excellent and every other way.”
“We just rented from them and they were great! John took the time to go over everything with my husband and even let us use an adapter that we needed! The pop-up was very clean and in great condition! We will use them again for sure!”

The grounds are secured by gates that require an access code and appear very well kept up. We feel comfortable storing our stuff in such a well maintained facility!”
