“We were in a minor accident and needed a tire rim for our 120 mile ride home pulling our fifth wheel. Bill (parts dept) found one and had it delivered within 24 hours. Melisa (service dept) made arrangements to have rim installed as soon as it arrived so we could depart the state park on time.
