Mike Fournier Is one of the biggest crooks there is in real estate. Lower than a used car salesman is how I would describe his professionalism. Buyer and seller beware from personal experience as a buyer he does not operate with any moral conscience and is completely unethical he doesn’t submit solid offers from qualified buyers to the seller. He believes in conducting business through text messages and won’t even take the step to put a verbal counter offer in writing. After my husband and I have been through over 12 real estate transactions between home and properties I would rather stab myself in the eye than deal with Mike Fournier. I am only rating him a 1 star because google won’t let you post a negative star.

Best Choice Realty has a great team and provides truly excellent service. My Realtor, Sandy Courval, went above and beyond the call with the sale of my home and kept me fully informed every step of the way. She smoothed the path when things didn't go as expected and worked with her team members to keep things moving throughout the process. I would highly recommend Best Choice to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area around the Tawases.
